This cozy studio is located right on the beach in Carlsbad and is a perfect getaway for two people. It is within walking distance of all the great shops, restaurants, pubs, bars, and entertainment Carlsbad has to offer. This studio has a pullout queen sofa sleeper that can be tucked away during the daytime and brought out for sleeping and relaxing. The sliding glass door opens to a beautiful view of the pacific ocean. Enjoy the sound of the waves breaking on the shore, beautiful sunsets, and playing in the ocean. The home has a flatscreen TV and free WiFi. The kitchen is equipped with the supplies needed for cooking or barbecuing.

Location is the best!

The two best things were location and also how clean the place was!!Furniture dated as most reviews mentioned BUT cleanliness beat it all. I communicated best with local manager, Gregory, who made me feel like I was going to be safe and comfortable in my stay. And I was,.Thank you much Gregory!Zenko.

Fantastic Views!

The property was well kept and communication was timely and accurate. It needs a few minor repairs, but nothing that was an inconvenience. The ocean is literally right outside and the view from the patio is fantastic! I like that the steps to the ocean are private, so there is not a lot of traffic on them. Although parking is directly on Ocean St., I had no issues finding a spot, even during busy hours. The price was great for everything you got. Perfect place for me. I hope to return!

Location, location, location

We loved the location of this property. We couldn’t get enough of sitting on the patio and soaking it in the beautiful view of the sunrises, sunsets and just relaxing. We had everything we needed to enjoy our beach vacation.

This property was right on the beach. Great location. Some days we didn’t even need to sit on the beach we just sat on the patio. It had everything we needed for our beach vacation. We enjoyed beautiful sunrises and sunsets right from the patio.

Perfect for a couple

Great location and just the right size and amenities for a couple. If you are looking for a place to enjoy the beach, ocean and village, this is it! The bed is only okay and the bathroom is very small, but it was a perfect place to fall into bed exhausted at night.

Happy place with some improvements

Loved the little details like having beach chairs, a hose to wash off our sandals, and a kitchen with everything you need. Just wish the slider door and the screen were not hard to close.

Great spot for a getaway!

Loved the location and appreciated the improvements since last year. One thing of note, most of the kitchen appliances were unplugged. We had to pull out the microwave and oven to find the cords before we could use them!

Perfect space with a killer view!

This is a prime location for the beach and very close to downtown Carlsbad near restaurants, bars and shopping. The management company was very communicative and really went out of their way to make this stay convenient and seamless. I would most definitely stay here again. This is a studio size apartment but is a perfect size for 2 people. The kitchen was well equipped. There is not a full size oven but there is an electric hot plate with 2 burners, a microwave and a convection oven. We didn't cook much but did BBQ one night and the BBQ was functional and looked somewhat new. Thank you for a great time and I will book again! :)

Dank Hole with a View

This unit is in desperate need of renovations. From the tub not draining to the stove leaking gas, everything is in really shabby condition. The patio with the view is the only plus. I couldn't recommend this property unless it was upgraded.
