Grande, belle maison de plage moderne et confortable.
Ceci est une maison unifamiliale, pas d'espace partagé

Belle vue et accès facile à la plage. A 2 minutes à pied, et quelques escaliers, ou rampe, et votre sur le sable. Les deux chambres ont leur propre salle de bain, une cour pour les enfants à jouer dans un quartier agréable et pratique de la plage / côte. Ce n'est pas une maison de fête, mais une maison de famille. Carlsbad a été élue l'une des meilleures plages familiales des États-Unis. Belle grande cuisine avec granit, salle à manger pour 6 personnes. Douche extérieure chaude et froide. Laveuse / sécheuse pleine grandeur, terrasse, avec table et chaises. barbecue, le tout avec vue sur l'océan. Marchez jusqu'au village, avec plus de 80 restaurants et magasins, ou faites vos achats au centre commercial à 2 miles de là, ou au grand centre commercial à 4 miles de la maison. Legoland est à moins de 5 km de la maison. Nous fournissons des chaises de sable, des parapluies, des serviettes de plage, des planches de bodyboard, une glacière et un chariot pour tout transporter.

Always a wonderful vacation!

We have stayed here quite a few times over the years and the house has everything you will need for a day at the beach. Accommodations are very comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking and grilling.

Our stay in Carlsbad was amazing. The location was across the street from the beach. So beautiful. The house was so nice, and very clean.Pam Corbin was our host. She was so nice, and accommodating. We will definitely stay at this property again. Thank you.

This house was perfect! It was much larger than we expected, but it was exactly as shown in the pictures. The view out the living room window was wonderful. Our days were spent at the beach, out to dinner, and then back to this beautiful home to enjoy the views with a glass of wine in the evening. Thank you to Pam and her husband for making our stay wonderful. We hope to be back next year.

The location is beautiful and so close to everything. The home is spotless and well stocked with everything you could need. It truly felt like home away from home. I loved the outside patio area where we were able to eat and play cards. This was a much needed getaway and the house did not disappoint. Thank you Pam for being so attentive! I hope to be back again.

Great house and great value

Perfect beach house with all you need to enjoy a week in San Diego. Owners were very responsive to the minor issues we had. Location is ideal to both the beach and walking distance to the Village. Only gotcha would be road noise but knew that going in. Will rent again If possible one day!

An overdue Beach vacation

First of all the owner of the property was warm and welcoming. The location was great the view and proximity to the beach and the walking area along it was fantastic. The actual home was clean well stocked with dishes and utensils and the living are was comfortable. If I had any issue, and it’s only mine was the steps within the units to get from the living/kitchen area to the bedrooms and bathroom, i have a bad back. But that was a minor inconvenience that didn’t impact the enjoyment of the property

Beautiful house. Great location.

I could tell that the owners really care about their property and take good care of it. They called us to let us know that it was ready early (about 90 minutes before check in time). The house was very clean and in good repair. Plenty of towels, kitchenware, cleaning supplies, etc. There is a gorgeous view of the beach from the front living room window. The neighborhood is quite nice and people were very friendly. I was really glad for the off-the-street parking. The garage is kind of small, but I was able to fit my midsized SUV in it. The parking spot on the side of the garage is quite spacious.

Pam the owner said she is working on this, but the water was turned off by the city for the entire day for over 12 hours that we couldn’t shower use the restroom it’s not my idea of an ideal vacation situation I feel I’m entitled to a refund for the inconvenience! I had to book a hotel for that night so that we could shower sleep use the restroom and then get up and be someplace the next morning that was part of our plan for our vacation. I couldn’t take a chance of water will be turned on and when I spoke with the men working on it , they also they had no idea when it would be back on they couldn’t guarantee anything.! So i am out an additional 280.00 for a hotel room on top of the night at the house i paid for Its not right or fair!

We have stayed at many Carlsbad beach rentals over the years, but this is THE ONE. Photos cannot do justice to the experience of staying in a home that is so welcoming and comfortable. We seniors enjoyed the lovely decor, the well-thought-out appointments, the convenient parking, and the beautiful grounds. But the best of all are the fantastic views and the perfect location. Can’t do any better!

Best decision I’ve ever made on VRBO! This house is a historic landmark that was renovated years ago. It was the PERFECT location for our vacation! A private home with 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms! We (my husband and I) stayed here with our two adult children (18 and 20) and had the time of our lives. We surfed, had a BBQ, hung out at the beach, watched cable TV, sat by the fire pit on the deck and ate at all of our favorite restaurants. We also went fishing in a nearby lagoon. Everything is within walking distance. This house has a private parking space to the left of the garage so we never had to worry about parking if we left to go somewhere. Pam and Al were amazing hosts! They literally have everything in the house that you could possibly need: chip clips, griddle, stain remover for clothing, etc. We will definitely be back! You can rent a 335 sq ft room at a resort in Carlsbad for 400 a night or you can rent this private beachside house right on the ocean for the week at a reasonable price. We are SO glad we found this place! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the memories we made here. Just incredible!

Perfect family getaway

This is the largest and most well-appointed house we've rented in the North County area so far. Incredible view from the front, a nice stroll from Carlsbad Village, and across the street from the beach are all added bonuses. Very well appointed kitchen, great appliances, I can't think of a single negative. Great communication from the hosts.

Spring Thing

MPut together a spur of the moment trip and stayed here for five days. It was the most amazingly perfect stay in absolutely every single way. The hosts were so phenomenal and accommodating to any need we could have thought of. The time flew by so quickly that we were saddened to leave. We are actually looking forward to planning a future stay.

I was disconcerted to see that "50 yards to the sand" meant that you have to cross a 4-lane road to get to the beach. The space is lovely and immaculate and perfect, except for the non-mention of the road.

Perfect view

We loved the location of this house so close to the beach and the window in the living room was the cherry on top! What a great place to reset and have a perfect set up for conversation and rest! The listing said there was a hot tub, it wasn’t important to us but maybe that should be updated.

Wonderful vacation rental

Our stay was better than expected and we are looking forward to staying there again. The kitchen is stocked, there is everything you need to have a fun beach day and the couches that pull out into a bed are very comfortable. The beds in the rooms are also very comfortable. We highly recommend this location!
