Sur la plage du village de Carlsbad. Accès rapide (4 maisons) à l'accès à la plage! W. de PCH. La gare, les restaurants et les magasins sont accessibles à pied. Mini Suite nouvellement construite a été construite avec des équipements haut de gamme. Environ. 400 pieds carrés Caractéristiques: lit queen avec tête et pieds réglables à portée de main. Télévision par câble et Netflix. Douche à l'italienne, cuisine complète et laveuse / sécheuse intérieure. Douche de plage extérieure. Pas d'animaux, pas de drogues, non fumeur, pas de fêtes et pas d'invités supplémentaires sans approbation.

The condo was absolutely perfect! We loved being able to open the deck door and listen to the waves. The kitchen was fully stocked, so you could easily cook an entire meal if you wanted to. The location couldn’t be better—it’s only about a block and a half from the beach. After a day out in the sun, coming back and being able to cool off quickly with the air-conditioned space was such a luxury. The condo is quiet, private, and so comfortable. You will not be disappointed!

Another excellent visit

This is the second time we have stayed at this location. Both times have been very enjoyable. It's a great place for a couple. It's a quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to the beach. The apartment is small but very clean and the host, Miki, is very accommodating. This will be our go-to spot when we return in the future.

Needs a deep clean

This unit is in a great location for Carlsbad. We thought the unit needed a deep clean as the couch was very dirty and the blanket on the bed was not fresh. The towels all had bleach stains and we washed the pillow cases and the pillows themselves were very stained. We also had trouble with the washing machine working correctly. It would run for hours and never drain. This unit is tiny!! Which it did say in the description and it has absolutely no view but of a wall with fake greenery. The location is fantastic. We had to pull the bed out from the wall so as to not have to crawl over the other person to get out. This would be a great stay for a short time.

Cozy apt close to village and beach

We had a wonderful (but too short!) stay at this great little apartment. The location was an easy walk from the train station and Carlsbad Village with all the wonderful shops and restaurants. And one block from the beach! Small layout but it had everything we needed and was extremely comfortable. Pretty back deck with seating. Plenty of linens and lots of extras (cooking oils, spices, bandaids, shampoo, etc) that made it easy for us to settle in. Communication with Miki was extremely responsive. Highly recommend and hope to return again!

Our Go-To Place in Carlsbad

We've been vacationing at this wonderful property in Carlsbad for over 5 years. It's perfect for couples - more spacious than a hotel room with better privacy. The location cannot be beat. It's one block from the beach and just a few blocks from great restaurants in Carlson. The owner always has the property spotless and communicates well. Can't recommend enough.

Great little place in perfect location

Last minute getaway to Carlsbad. Unit is small but well appointed. Great for 2 pp. Location is fantastic! Everything was turnkey. Would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful. Love the modern design of the home. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars for the description is because it says there’s a gym and housekeeping on request but found out that wasn’t supposed to be listed as part of the amenities.

Charming Beachside Retreat

Our stay at this VRBO was nothing short of exceptional. Situated just one block from the beach and a mere two blocks from town, the location couldn't have been more perfect for us. Perfect Location

Stayed for the weekend, perfect size for a couple wanting some time away. Short walk to the beach, centrally located to downtown Carlsbad. Within walking distance to everything. Beautiful

Perfect spot for a quick getaway in Carlsbad

We were looking for a spot close to the beach and this place was perfect. We could walk to anywhere we wanted to go for coffee / restaurants/ bars. Miki made it easy to check in and out. She provided beach chairs and towels, and all the other amenities we needed. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Great location!

The unit was clean, updated, had great appliances and a wonderful shower and Miki was very responsive. It truly is just a short walk to the village and to the stairs down to the beach, and is located right across from the Carlsbad Historical Society. Our only problem is that the queen bed is pushed into a corner of the unit and with our back and neck problems, it was a bit of a challenge for the person next to the wall to get out without disturbing the other. However, we are older! Beautiful place and it was quiet and peaceful :-)

Very clean and great location.

It was a great location and the place was extremely clean with great internet. I was able to work from the place with no issues. Close to great restaurants and bars as well as the beach.

This is the 5th time my wife and I have stayed here. The space is clean, spacious for a couple, comfortable, and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and of course, the beach. The VRBO host is wonderful. Five stars.

Stayed for getaway for my wife and it was a wonderful refreshing place. a quiet secluded unit, was private, pleasant and had a kind communicative host who quickly answered my questions quickly and kindly… and mailed me my air-pods when I lost them. (Thank you!) We will return here again, I hope

Excellent Location

We will definitely book here again. The suite is located in the Carlsbad village area with tons of shops, restaurants, bars and is very close to the beach. It was well appointed and check in/out was a breeze.

I have 2 boys who are also here, who are also part of my Real Estate Team - Edwards Homes Team with Pacific Sotheby's International Realty. I am an avid golfer. I also enjoy Pickle ball, cycling, working out at the gym, and playing pool/cards. I am an athlete and enjoy watching golf, ice hockey and college sports. I have 2 toddler Grandsons. I built this home and guest home and started living in it in April of 2018. I enjoy vacation renting my unit. Lots of nice, interesting people from all over the country.

It's definitely a Vacation Property! You can hear the crashing of the waves from the unit. It has cement polished floors and a large wall slider so you feel like you are outside. Nice outdoor seating.
