Great location. We had a few hiccups in the beginning but Milo was very attentive to our issues and addressed them immediately. Location of property was great and we were glad to have the extras like beach umbrellas and belly boards

Wonderful Carlsbad Home

We stayed while our house was being fumigated and really enjoyed our short stay-cation in Carlsbad. The owner was wonderful and was super nice and prompt with all communication.

Romantic reunion

Love this home, it fits this beach community perfectly and had everything that we needed. Access to the beach and the Village is so convenient, our only wish was to have had more time to fully enjoy all of the amenities. So we’ll be back, probably many times.

Carlsbad Beach House

This was perfect for the three of us; me, my son and his girlfriend! We came to see my granddaughter's choir perform at Disney but decided to make it a vacation as well. We enjoyed the comforts of the house and that it was so close to the beach and Carlsbad Village. Spent a lot of time walking in town and not enough time walking on the beach. Everyone was friendly and the host was most accommodating. We had a great stay!

Nice Stay

We had a nice day at this property. Miki was super responsive and helpful, which we appreciated. It's an older house (built in 1953) but decorated and outfitted well. Our only issue was that there was air-conditioning in the living room only (maybe I missed that in the listing?) Bedrooms had freestanding fans, which we didn't use at night because they were so loud. But sleeping with the windows open kept us cool enough, and beds are comfortable. The second bathroom is extremely small, just FYI, but functional. Big plus is the neighborhood – one block to the beach and downtown Carlsbad, which is filled with cute shops and restaurants.

I was hoping to work at the desk to get work done and realized the lamp and printer were not able to plug into an electrical outlet. There was not an electrical outlet for my laptop. It was fine as I ended up working from the dining table.
