Come summer, you'll be centrally located close to world-class dining options and Telluride Town Park, so every festival is essentially in your backyard. If you decide to join us for the winter months, this condo is a quick walk from the gondola, so a first-rate ski hill is just moments away. The Latitude 38 by Vacasa Clubhouse is a private hangout for our guests. Expect unmatched service at a convenient location, ski lockers, concierge services, a cozy lounge, free WiFi, coffee, and snacks!

THINGS TO KNOW
As part of your stay with Vacasa, you will have access to the clubhouse. This facility is located in the heart of Mountain Village and is complete with ski lockers (limited availability & by request), on-site concierge services, free Wi-Fi, and coffee.
The hot tubs are closed during the fall and spring off-seasons for regular maintenance.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Great Location

Beautiful condo, very clean. We loved this location close to town, walking trails and gondola. It was also a nice touch to have humidifiers that made it easier to sleep at night. Thank you for allowing us to stay! We hope to come back again!

Fantastic property! A short walk to the gondola but beautiful view off the back patio. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed. We loved the fireplace! Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Ground floor patio!

We have stayed at several condos within Riverside and really liked this one. The back patio’s direct access to town was great! Condo is nicely updated and fully stocked. One thing to note, is both beds are very high/tall so not the most kid-friendly. There is a pull-out sofa but no extra bedding for it. Overall, it’s one of our favorite units within Riverside.

Photos don’t do it justice!

This condo is INCREDIBLE! Photos truly don’t do it justice. The location can’t be beat, the place was spotless, and you just felt so warm and cozy. Both mattresses have indentations so expect to sleep in a hole. We didn’t mind, but it’s time to replace. This is on the ground floor, so it’s easy to track in mud from the patio. It doesn’t get a lot of sun, so your area won’t be grassy like others. It needs hangers in the closets, but all little things that are easily fixed/tolerated. This place was seriously amazing, and we would love to go back! The fireplace was such a nice touch to the chilly nights, and the whole process was seamless. We never used the hot tub, but it looked nice as well!

Best location!

This lower unit condo is located at the end of a street making its location super quiet and yet within easy walking distance to the grocery store, restaurants, the gondola, and walking trails. Walking to the beaver pond next to the unit in the morning to see the reflection of the mountains and trees was wonderful! The unit is well designed and the materials used are top notch! My wife said the bed was the most comfortable one she has slept in, in years! The bathrooms were great with quality materials throughout. I loved the heated floors and shower head. Extra towels were provided for visiting the hot tub. I was very impressed with this rental!

Amazing condo!

This condo is in a fantastic. Location! Great access to ski lifts and town amenities. Even better it’s on a river with tons of dogs walking by! Such a wonderful location. The inside is very spacious and perfect for hanging out and cooking. We loved our stay!

It was hard to leave!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful the condo is! It had everything we needed. The river running past the porch was beautiful and my boys loved exploring. It was an easy walking distance to town but the trees and river made it feel more secluded and quiet. I’m already dreaming of returning!

Fantastic vacation

This was the perfect Telluride location tucked just far enough away to be serene and quiet, yet just a few blocks from everywhere you want to go. The condo had everything you could want in a temporary home away from home. Kitchen and bath essentials, top-notch appliances, and the shared hot tub was just the right temperature for ski-weary bodies! The one negative was having a nice, large tub in the condo, but not enough hot water to fill and enjoy it. Showers also needed to be pretty brief to save hot water for the next person. Fixing this issue would make it absolutely perfect! I would definitely stay here again, and would also recommend to friends. Thank you for an unforgettable getaway!❤️

Perfect for our needs

Great location, close to everything in town, clean and well kept. Good pillows and bedding. Hot tub was hot. Kitchen well appointed. even had spices and plastic bags/wrap/soaps and detergents. Good response for a request. We would rent this again. Only downsides were mildewed humidifiers and the folks upstairs wore hobnail boots. Downsides were far exceeded by the upsides.

Great stay!

The location is great. Hard to beat the location. The condo is in very good condition. There is not enough hot water for a long hot bath. You can hear the neighbors upstairs if they are noisy. Aside from that, it is hard to beat this unit. We really enjoyed our stay there

We had a great trip. The condo was lovely! As advertised. We could not get the WIFI to work as we couldn’t get the Network to come up. We did call and someone returned our call but we were not in the unit
