Good Location

Owner was very cooperative and responsive. Easy check in. Location was good with easy access to the shuttle route. Interior furnishings and flooring is dated but was clean. Lots of steps. Nice garage parking.

Great visit, great host

John's place was exactly as described and he is a very kind, accommodating host. Location was fabulous for us and our dogs, with great play space outside for them and proximity to town for us. Would definitely recommend!

Great location!

Steps from chair 7 so perfect for skiing. Great communication with host. Having a garage was great. House clean with no issues. Definitely recommend if you want a place with easy access to the slopes. 10-15 min walk to most restaurants in town.

Great ski location

This property is located very close to the bottom of lift 7 and is a easy walk to the lift. The town bus picks up right in front of the condo complex but be aware the schedule is more of a general idea on arrival times but it does seem like it ran about every 15 minutes as promised.

Great Location

We recently stayed at this property and found it to be clean and in a fantastic location, especially for easy access to Lift 7. The proximity to the slopes is definitely the highlight of this rental.Overall, this is a great option for those seeking a convenient location near the slopes and don’t mind a no-frills setup

Fantastic Ski Week

John could not have been more responsive. He was very quick to answer any questions that came up. The location of the condo was excellent. The chair lift was literally right outside the door. It was and easy walk to the trail by the creek, grocery store and the shops and restaurants in town. We couldn't have enjoyed our stay more.

Off Season Family Weekend

Before we arrived, I was wondering why the great reviews. Now I get it. In fact, the pictures do not do the condo justice. The owner met us, showed us around, and was always available if we had questions. The condo itself was immaculate, well stocked, especially the kitchen, and was in a great location to the hot tub and ski lifts. The condo is a short walk to the center of Telluride and to the free gondolas to the mountain village. Highly recommend.

This property was perfect walking distance from the festival, clean and cozy! There were six of us and everyone was comfortable, great communication with host and was very helpful during our stay, we would stay here again for sure! It had everything we needed! Thanks so much! Very special place :)

Summer Vacation

Telluride was beautiful. The condo was amazing and our host was very attentive throughout the stay. Close to a beautiful walking trail along the creek with quick access to town and the gondola. No question too silly or dumb for him to promptly and kindly respond to throughout our entire stay. Loved it. Would visit again…especially in the winter. So close to the lift.

Location, location, location!

This property sits in a perfect location- within a quick and beautiful 10 minute walk along the river into town. The description was accurate, but we were not expecting the TINY bathrooms in the 2 bedrooms. Our truck didn’t fit in the small garage, but the host instructed us to park in the public lot across the street and registered our plate- so no additional costs involved. The furniture, linens and towels ( one bath towel per person provided) could definitely use some upgrading, as well as the tv/ audio system. There were still old VHS tapes stocked by the TV. No Keurig in the kitchen, so we had to purchase bulk coffee to make. Overall we had a nice stay- thanks to the great location- and the host was quick to respond to several texts with questions/ issues.

Loved Telluride Stay!

We loved the location of this condo! It was on the edge of town and easy to walk everywhere or to catch a ride on the gondola--but it also felt as private as a condo can feel. We enjoyed a few trips to the hot tub with a great view of the ski mountain. The condo is as it seems in the pictures. There are two small but full bathrooms in each bedroom, plus a half bath upstairs, which was nice for 6 people. Adults slept in the bedrooms and it stayed very cool with the windows open (helpful to have sound machine with you--the unit does not have fans). Our kids slept in the loft and that worked great--best suited for 2 kids. The TV just had cable (which is great), but we wanted to access Netflix and were able to rent a Roku stick from the library (a great resource for missing gear). It's not a fancy place, but the garage and access to washer and dryer and other amenities made it a very practical stay. We'd definitely come back. Thanks for a great stay!
