Koa Resort Unit 4i offers an ideal setting for a serene and enjoyable vacation in a tropical paradise. Situated on the second floor, this renovated condo features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, accommodating up to six guests comfortably. Each bedroom is equipped with split air conditioning, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Modern amenities such as a full-size washer/dryer, dishwasher, large flat-screen TV, and Wi-Fi are provided for your convenience.

Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by a large swimming pool and hot tub, surrounded by lush gardens. The pool is heated during winter, allowing for year-round enjoyment. For those seeking activity, tennis courts are available on-site. The complex also features a cabana with BBQ grills and tables, alongside shuffleboard courts near the pool area.

Much needed family get away

What a lovely condo! Lots of space for everyone and the front patio had a great view of the lawns and sweeping views of the hills of Maui. Great for a quick dip in the pool or across the street to the beach.

Perfect for our family!

We thought it would be important to have a pool, and wow - it certainly was. It was a great way to finish out every day. The pool has a deep end, so you can really have some fun. It was especially cool after dark when the lights are on in the pool, and dark in the sky. The unit was just the right size. We loved it and will likely be back next time!

Great Condo, beautiful gardens

We had a great stay, great condo, beautiful garden-common areas, nice pool and hot tub, great pavilion for BBQ, Foosball, and ping pong. Kids especially loved it.

Excellent stay

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our stay, it was perfect for 5 adults and 1 infant. We liked that it was walking distance to the beaches and the unit was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay.

Great place with an awesome pool

Great condo in a really nice complex with a fantastic pool. Not much in the way of complimentary toiletries or supplies but sufficient. Kitchen is well equipped. House will sleep 6 but not room in the living area for more than 3 adults to be comfortable.

Great location, nice and clean

The condo is well located, it’s exactly like the pictures and the resort pool is nice at end the day. If it’s your first time in Maui, it’s a good central location to access different beaches and also not too far from the large stores (Costco, Walmart…) If I go back, I will pick that place again.

Great place in Kihei!

Just watch out for sudden rainfall. Turns the parking lot into mud very quickly lots of local streets closed.

Beautiful Condo and Property

We had a great time here. The unit was so well decorated and everything seemed new and clean. Perfect to have an upstairs suite for aunty who was able to come on vacation with our family. The unit provided so many helpful items particularly a great wagon for walking across the street to the beach or getting things to and from the car. The Koa Resort property is so beautiful and my preschooler loved the pool.

Great location

The pictures portrayed the inside, just as expected. It was very comfortable for me, my husband, and our kids (and spouses). We had a baby with us as well, and the main floor 'master' bedroom had plenty of room for a playpen in the corner. The location is great, very central. We enjoyed ourselves!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice place but missing curtains on the floor to Celine windows going to to the patio. One bedroom is in the loft and the light streams in. Otherwise the place is nice and comfortable.

Closets so small

There was not enough closets and we had to keep most of our clothe in the luggage. The closets had equipment from the owner and not leaving room to leave the clothes for the guests.

A New Beginning

Our children and their spouses joined me along with our granddaughter. He was part Hawaiian and always wanted to be released in the ocean here. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This stay was exactly what it was described as! Lovely condo, great location, kitchen was well stocked with cooking options! (There's even an air fryer!). We really appreciated that since we cooked all but 3 meals of our five day stay! Managers were quick to respond when we had a little issue! Lovely stay! Would absolutely stay again! The only con I can think of was that there was only 5 forks and six of us stayed there. 😉. I'll take it it over any other problem to have! Mahalo!

Nice place

This was a good resort in a good location. Overall a very nice site. Great pool. Easy, though a bit of a walk, access to beach. Great barbecue gathering space. We were close to good restaurants and fun drink places. Our unit was a little dated and clearly chose the cheapest options throughout. This might have been a little less obvious if we had not had friends staying in another unit that clearly chose every top of the line option. Their huge shower was probably more than necessary for a vacation spot but just illustrated how basic and out of date the features in our unit were. And please get some seating for adults in the living room! A small futon and two papasan chairs don’t cut it. But overall we really enjoyed the stay.

Very nicely remodeled unit

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit has been very nicely updated. I've never been in a rental with such a well-stocked kitchen; even the knives were sharp! The decor is bright and the space is large enough for a small group. We were impressed with the way it was remodeled.One con that should be improved: the only comfy place to sit in the unit was on the single couch. The other 3 'chairs' are papasans, which are not at all comfortable. Unless you are nostalgic for the 70s when you could curl up on these things as a kid...there is just no way to sit comfortably on them as an adult. When trying to read, or watch movies as a group, the only comfy spot was the couch; some folks had to sit in plastic chairs.Also, when we first arrived, the complex felt a little schlumpy. The buildings really need to be painted, and felt old and dated.One tip for future travelers: the beach (a 2 block walk) straight out from the unit is not great, but if you walk a couple blocks to the right (past the beachfront hotel), there is a protected space that's fantastic for kids (and there are turtles!), and a better beach to the right of that.We enjoyed our time here.

Nice clean, newly renovated, great location!

Overall I would rate this as 4 stars. The only reason I couldn’t give it a 5 star was because we had some communication issues with the property manager Sherry in the beginning and we also had some issues with the keypad throughout the trip. We were never notified about Sherry being OOO so it became a little frustrating not getting a response right away at times where we needed quick responses (especially when we would have trouble getting into the unit due to the keypad glitching issues). However once we squared away that our new main point of contact was Cristina, it became pretty quick and painless. Cristina was very helpful and responsive. She made sure to answer any questions I had and also made sure to send a maintenance person at the end of our stay for the keypad issues. Aside from that, the place was nice, clean and newly renovated! The beds were also very comfortable. The TV’s come with all of your average streaming apps that you can simply log into. The unit unfortunately does not have beach chairs but there are places all over Maui that you can rent them for the day. It also came with more than enough towels (beach towels included) as well as sand castle toys/ beach wagon for the kids and even cornhole! The lanai was a huge plus as well. Very spacious and a great place to hang out and have a drink with company. It was a great location (less than 20 min from Big Beach (Makena State Park), 18min from OGG Airport, and 30-40 minutes from Lahaina area. Overall it was a pleasant and most importantly clean experience. I would definitely recommend this property & stay here again in the future!
