Un magnifique jardin tropical vous attend de cet emplacement situé au premier étage. L'appartement d'une chambre à coucher une salle de bain est mis à niveau et mis à jour. Nouvelle climatisation dans tout l'appartement! Il a un grand salon / salle à manger / cuisine. La chambre a un lit queen et il y a un canapé-lit dans le salon. Il y a aussi une laveuse et une sécheuse dans l'appartement. Le complexe Koa dispose d'une grande piscine, d'un bain à remous, de courts de tennis et de barbecues sur les cinq hectares de terrain paysager.

The condo was very lovely. Great view and a wonderful location to the pool. Beautiful grounds and well taken care of. Bed was comfy and bathroom a great size.
Gorgeous, large, well cared for pool with lots of loungers.

We love the Koa, the pool, and the grounds. We haven't encountered this when we have stayed in different units here before, but there were cockroaches and tiny ants. A light bulb in the bathroom was out, and there was no lighting on the lanai. The location is perfect.

We loved the coziness of this place, with two young kids the pool was great, and the location was perfect being so close to so many things.

100th Birthday Celebration

We were in Maui for our Aunts 100th Birthday celebration. The Koa Resort was the perfect location. Our condo was very clean The pool, bbq area, tennis courts were all a plus to our stay. I might add the beach was within walking distance. We will definitely refer Koa Resort to our family and friends.

But it just sold, so I assume those issues would be resolved.

Nice condo

I personally found the payment process cumbersome with lots of docusign forms. There were No instructions for finding the actual unit at the complex. Our flight arrived after 930Pm and we had to wander around in the dark quite some time before stumbling upon our building/unit. There is limited to no sidewalk lighting.Very poor quality polyester sheets and bed comforter.Small, poor quality TV but did have streaming apps available. However, Only 10 MBS download on the WiFi. Laptop web searches were frustratingly slow to load trying to plan our adventures. I had only 1 bar of cell service inside the condo.Much of the condo is carpeted which seemed odd to us compared to other rentals. It was very musty smelling inside when we first entered. We washed a load of clothes after several days and when I went to put them in the dryer, I found the dryer full of semi-wet and now musty sheets and towels from before we had checked in. The power had gone out the day of our arrival and we were notified the housecleaning wasn't completed as a result, such as running sweeper and apparently unknown to us the dryer didn't finish. The unit was clean inside.Cooking pots/pans/implements were good quality and great variety. Everything you'd really need. Good quality Lanai furniture but it hadn't been cleaned and was covered with layers of dirt, especially the table. I did not care for the comfort of the unit sofa or sitting chair. The stay was nice but I wouldn't repeat a visit to this location.

I've stayed in this complex for years but this is 1st time in this unit. I would rent again IF A new mattress is brought in. Woke with a backache every morning. IF TV is important to you, it is very small and needs better directions for viewing. Porch light was out so entrance was very dark. Reported this on the 1st day but it was never fixed by complex. (It's a complex issue not the unit's owner)

Would easily give 5 stars if not for the following:The chair fabrics were dirty, the pull out couch was not very comfortable for the kiddos, they had no coffee or shampoo/body soap/ conditioner like you would get at a hotel, the oven door did not close all the way and some of the stove burners did not work correctly. It was clean but needs to be updated as there was paint chips on the bathroom door. It was nice to see that there was a cooler, beach chairs x2, beach umbrella and sand toys.

The unit is spacious, quiet and comfortable and it has air conditioning in both the main living area and bedroom. There is plenty of space to unpack clothes and the Queen size bed was comfortable. This rental is located close to grocery stores and a variety of restaurants. And consistent with Bello Realty's requirements, this unit was equipped with backpack beach chairs and umbrellas that we used every day. We are hoping to return again next year.

Communication from Bello was unsatisfactory. There was an issue to work through that Bello offered two solutions for. We chose the option that best suited our needs. Bello's offer changed afterwards. Be cautious if you choose Bello. I would recommend Koa Resort.
