Pourquoi louer un condo, quand vous pouvez vacances dans votre propre maison hawaïenne plage? ABORDABLE ET PROPRE sont les mots clés de cette maison de plage tropicale. Situé sur un demi-acre, notre "chez-soi" est rentable, mais il est rentable avec 3 BR, 2-1 / 2 salles de bain sur la plage: comptoirs en granit, téléviseurs à écran plat et lecteurs DVD dans chaque chambre et le salon. Tuile de designer; Douche en brique de verre, jacuzzi intérieur intime, appareils électroménagers, de beaux meubles en bois de teck et un système de climatisation personnalisé dans chaque chambre et salon / salle à manger / cuisine. Chaque chambre dispose de sa propre commande de climatisation au cas où vous souhaiteriez la climatisation dans votre chambre, contrairement à une autre personne dans une chambre différente.
Regarder les baleines, en saison (Novembre-Avril), pendant que vous dînez. Profitez de nos magnifiques couchers de soleil hawaïens au-dessus de l’eau et de la montagne depuis votre fenêtre et / ou votre terrasse couverte avec table et chaises de patio et chaises longues. Étendez une couverture sur la pelouse luxuriante, jouer à la pétanque boule avec votre famille et grill poisson frais sur le grand barbecue au gaz. Very nice house and property

We stayed five nights and rented the main house. The house is very well equipped and the furnishings are all comfortable. The yard and surround property are very well taken care of. This really felt like we were staying at a friends house not a vacation rental. Harry and Linda are very nice people who went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The sunset views and proximity to the beach are outstanding

Absolutely amazing!

This home is everything you need and more! Harry greeted us on arrival and went thru the home to explain everything for our convenience. Was perfect for the 5 of us. The beach is right across the street. We were able to run over for a swim in the mornings then see the wonderful sunsets every night. Perfect access to the entire island. We enjoyed the lawn games and beach toys. Thsnks Harry and Linda for allowing us to enjoy your wonderful home. Mahslo!

After wedding vacation!

Great communication and place. Super clean, place met all expectations. Harry and Linda were super helpful and helped us navigate the complexities of the Maui wildfires when we were there (this place was not affected by the fires). We will be back!

Senior Graduation Trip

We visited Maui with our son, a good friend of his, and his parents in celebration of their graduation. There were 6 of us in total, and there was more than enough space for all of us. We've stayed a many VRBO's, and the communication and information we received from Harry & Linda all the way from the time we booked to the time we arrived was by-far the best. They had everything we needed (and then some). The location is wonderful. It is literally a 1-to-2-minute walk across the road to the beach, and because it is in a quiet area, we often had the beach to ourselves. There's a farmer's market and convenient store that's a short 5-minute walk away and grocery stores/restaurants/etc. less than a 10-minute drive away. I'd highly recommend staying at their home. We hated to leave.

Wonderful Vacation in Paradise

We loved the location & the home is perfect in every way. Being so close to the beach with the kayaks & paddle boards to use was so much fun!! Also there were beach chairs & umbrellas & snorkel gear & coolers to use!! I wish we could have stayed a lot longer!!! Harry was very friendly & such a great host. And we really appreciated the welcome basket that Linda greeted us with. Thank you for having all the amenities available!! Mahalo

Family celebrations

Harry and Linda are great hosts. Fun having Harry show us around and get the family settled in. Good location to see west side of Maui. Could come and go easily to get to many beaches, hikes, and food. New carport has a good view out to the ocean and tip of Lanai in the distance to the west. I bet it would be great during whale season Ocean water out front was a little churned up from the wind so could not snorkel in near shore area. Could see reefs ~100 yards out but did not make it. would love to come back and try again. 3 other units on same property had tenants in them and no conflict coming or going. Plenty of space and very quite. wanted more then 5 days really relax and enjoy the property.

Perfect Family Vacation House on Maui

We had a wonderful vacation staying at Harry and Linda’s beautiful family home in Kihei. The house was extremely clean and comfortable for our 6 person family, great for both grandparents and teens. It’s across the street from a great beach, centrally located for all island excursions and close to the best food on Maui. Harry and Linda were generous and kind hosts that made us feel so welcomed with the true Aloha spirit. We will definitely be back!

Family vacation

The property and house were as advertised, both beautiful and comfortable. The winds on sugar-beach were stronger than we anticipated but there is no predictability to the weather. Our hosts were friendly and accommodating. We would recommend this rental to others. A rental car would be required here but the close proximity to the beach makes it well worth it.

Wonderful property to introduce my beach loving niece and family. Beautiful three bedroom home with front covered patio area and deck over the carport for watching the beautiful Maui sunsets. This home sits across the road from a beautiful beach.

Family Christmas in Hawaii!!

Wonderful hosts, met us on property and gave us a tour and instructions! Something for everyone with a short walk across the street to beach. We enjoyed coffee on the new observation deck on carport, really nice view of the ocean! We grilled one evening and ate on the patio! Our adult children and spouses agreed this was a 10 outa 10 holiday in Maui! Stay here you will love it!

Great family home right across from the beach

We loved staying in this family home - comfortable, well-stocked, and clearly maintained with love and care. Harry and Linda were outstanding hosts, providing responsive and above-and-beyond care throughout our stay. Linda's mango bread was the icing on the cake! Great stock of yard games, beach toys, and other supplies for enjoying the local beach - just cross the street. We especially loved the mango tree in the yard - yum!

Perfect location - perfect stay

We loved the central location of the house. An easy drive anywhere on the island. They had everything one could want during a stay. The beds were comfy, A/C was plentiful. We spent many evenings on the patio, using the lawn games provided. The owners are friendly and attentive, and left a beautiful welcome basket. One thing to know - there are additional houses/units on the property that you will be sharing amenities with (laundry, beach chairs, toys, etc), if occupied. It didn't negatively impact our stay in any way, but we were unaware until we arrived. If we return to Maui with our family in the future, this will be the first place we will check for availability. Mahalo for a wonderful stay that we will cherish forever.

The most amazing well supplied house and hospitality

This house had it all... everything you can imagine you would need, they had. The location cannot be beat... footsteps away from the beach. But what I think is the best is the hospitality of the hosts Harry and Linda.. They are the sweetest, most considerate, thoughtful hosts I have ever had the pleasure of renting from... I know personally this will be the place I will continue to stay on my other future Maui trips.

Wonderful stay in a perfect place!

The house was terrific and even better than expected! It had everything we needed for our vacation. The beds were comfortable. It was a great option that we could have twin beds in the third room. The grandkids loved the use of the paddle boards and the lawn games were fun during our barbecue. Kihei is a central location for all you would want to do and this house was perfect for our family!

A fabulous one week stay with 6 people. The house is roomy, comfortable, and very relaxing. Hosts were lovely, amenities far exceeded our expectations, and location is great. Yes, it’s on a noisy street but the house is set far back and well insulated from noise and hey, if you’re on the beachfront you’re next to a busy street – that’s Maui! The location was actually very central for reaching any other place on the island, but not in a busy business or tourist zone.

Wonderful outdoor area - didn't want to leave

Great location away from busier Kihei. Quiet beach just across the street - perfect for long walks on the beach. Kind and attentive hosts who left us holiday goodies and a flower arrangement. We all loved sitting around the patio table for meals and reading. Well stocked kitchen which made cooking easy. The whole house is well stocked and comfortable. Appreciated the late checkout without asking. Super hosts and super house. Will return some day.

I, Linda, was born in Puunene, Maui and raised in Kihei. My dad and mom, John and Clara Ventura bought this property back in 1944 when Kihei was not really popular because we were in the "boonies" and sparsely populated! Kihei was just starting to have families buy and move from the sugar plantation housing. The only "hotel" for visitors was Maui Lu Resort on this side of the island!
My dad was the first "real" Postmaster and after he married my mom she became his postal clerk. They both worked for the Post Office well into the 1970's and walked to work every morning! The original Post Office was located in the A & B (Alexander and Baldwin) plantation store/Post Office, behind where the now existing ABC Store is located, and then moved to where the now open air Farmer's Market is located. The now existing "new" Post Office is about 2 miles down the road in the Azeka 1 Plaza Shopping Center.
My dad's family came from Portugal and my mom's family came to Maui in 1923 from Hiroshima, Japan. I have 2 half brothers from my dad's first marriage (they are Hawaiian/Chinese/Portuguese), a half brother and sister (Texan and Japanese) from my mother's first marriage and my full brother and myself (Portuguese/Japanese) from this marriage. Very diverse family!
I married Harry van't Groenewout (Dutch) in 1969. His family moved to Maui from Porterville, California in 1967. His family is originally from Holland, his parents worked with the Dutch underground during WW2, then moved with him and his brother to America. We have 2 grown children, Keoni and Kearston both are living with our 4 grandchildren in the Mainland. We love this business, making new friends and having them become our Ohana (family) and getting them acquainted with our island home, Maui!

We want to share with you the beautiful views and sunsets, looking out from my family's homestead! We are centrally located to all of the venues Maui offers and easy access to the clean, not crowded, "kid friendily" beach, right across the street. We take our grandchildren to this beach whenever they come for visits, too.
