À quelques pas de la célèbre plage de Kamaole I se trouve notre luxueux condo de 3 chambres / 2 salles de bains. Cette très grande unité dispose d'un mobilier de luxe. Nous avons une vue imprenable sur l'océan et l'ouest de Maui depuis presque toutes les chambres! Détendez-vous et profitez du petit-déjeuner sur la double véranda en admirant le lever du soleil calme du matin et une vue imprenable sur l'océan avant de partir pour une journée de plaisir. À votre retour, notre confortable salon extérieur est l'endroit idéal pour profiter du coucher de soleil et d'un verre de vin. Le barbecue et la terrasse sur le toit sont parfaits pour les grands groupes qui se réunissent pour les dîners ou tout simplement pour profiter d'une vue imprenable à 360 degrés sur notre belle île pendant que vous rencontrez d'autres voyageurs et partagez des conseils sur la meilleure façon de profiter de tout ce que Maui a à offrir.

Notre condo au quatrième étage est calme et la vue peut être appréciée depuis chaque chambre. La suite principale offre un lit king size et une véranda avec une vue imprenable sur l'océan. Notre suite «lau» offre un lit queen avec une literie luxueuse et une vue imprenable sur l'océan et l'ouest de Maui. Pour les keiki (petits), nous avons notre chambre «pama» avec deux lits jumeaux et vue sur Haleakala. Si vous décidez de laisser les keiki à la maison, ces lits peuvent être facilement convertis en roi. Notre cuisine offre tous les éléments essentiels de la maison permettant même aux gourmets les plus exigeants de concocter un repas fabuleux. Si vous n'avez pas envie de cuisiner, de nombreux excellents restaurants sont à quelques pas. Une laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur sont dans le condo pour votre commodité ainsi. Nous avons récemment installé l'air central pour vous aider à rester au frais lors de ces journées très chaudes! Nous avons pensé à tous les détails jusqu'aux serviettes de plage, chaises de plage, glacière et planches de bodyboard. Apportez beaucoup de crème solaire, détendez-vous et profitez de tout ce que Maui a à offrir. Nous sommes ravis que vous soyez ici.

Great rental

Excellent location overlooking ocean within walking distance of restaurants, cafes, and grocery store. The condo has all the necessary amenities for cooking, laundry and beach visits. We would definitely rent again.

Family vacation

We were a family of six adults and we fit perfectly in the condo-from the bedrooms to the kitchen table to the living space-it was all so comfortable. The beds were very cozy!Wendy was always quick to respond to emails, thank you Wendy!

Amazing views

You can’t beat the location of this property! It is across the street from that beautiful view and close to restaurants, food trucks, surfing, groceries, everything. I thought it was even better than the pictures showed. The property is well appointed. The pool is warm and everything is so convenient. Even shave ice is a short walk. Highly recommend McKenna’s Charters for the snorkeling tour if you are in whale watching season. The snorkeling is fine but you get whales at the same time. I wish we had more time to enjoy all the local offerings but we’re touring a lot. I would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for offering such a great property!

Great Holiday Condo

The property was perfect for my family of 5 adults. Great location, steps from the beach and many local restaurants. Kitchen was well equiped for the limited cooking we did. Building was quiet . Pool was great as was the rooftop bbq.

Perfect!

The condo was just as described on site. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and a terrific view of the ocean from the lanai. Perfect for our family of 4 as everyone had space to spread out. Restaurants, gas & groceries close by and the ocean across the street made for easy access to everything we needed. Just up the street was Ahihi Cove that was perfect for snorkeling. We loved being here and would definitely book again!

Thanksgiving in Maui

The condo was a perfect size and had a great layout for six people. The location in Kihei was within walking distance to stores, restaurants, and the beach. The condo also had a swimming pool, an elevator, and a parking space all of which made our vacation even more enjoyable. We will be back! :-)

Amazing!!

This place was great! It’s walking distance to everything you need in Kihei, beach, stores, restaurants, etc. the place was really clean, and had all the ameneties you and the family need during a vacation. Great balcony to just hang out and hear the waves crashing looking at the water and stargazing. It is also a quick drive to different attractions. If you are looking for a place around Kihei. This is the place to be! BOOK IT NOW!!

Perfect experience

The condo is exceptional. Beautifully decorated. Having two bathrooms was extremely helpful. The lanai was nice because there was an eating area and a lounge area. The sunsets were spectacular. We were close to grocery stores, restaurants, activities, and souvenirs. Great communication with the host. Would love to stay here again if we make it back to Maui.

Condo spacieux et emplacement parfait

Nous étions 6 adultes à séjourner pour une semaine dans ce super condo. Nous avons apprécié son emplacement à proximité des cours de surf, du snorkeling et des tortues. Le condo était propre et bien équipé. L'équipement de plage est un must et le lanai, avec sa vue, était parfait!

Excellent Location and Excellent Unit

Stayed for 7 days with our family of 5, kids ages 18-24, and it was a perfect setup for us. 3 BRs were great and the kitchen and family room were very spacious. Lanai was fantastic and we sat out there most days enjoying the view and breeze. Speaking of breezes, every afternoon the trade winds kick in and winds can get gusty. We loved the Kam1 beach in the morning and then if it got windy, we went on to other activities or drove to a different beach that was more sheltered from the wind. For us, Kam1 beach was awesome because the water was great, never too crowded and easy walk plus food nearby. Beach chairs were in great shape- we didn't use the umbrella because we were too worried about the wind. Saw many turtles at Kam 1 everyday and even had one come up onto the beach to sun itself right next to where we were sitting, which was very cool. Highly recommend this condo- great location, very clean, well stocked, and no issues.

A great place!

We loved this place. It was what was advertised. Super easy with great check on communication. It had beach chairs, an umbrella, and a boogie board at the time we stayed. The location was perfect. Quiet, had a nice pool. Beautiful sunset from the balcony or we walked to the beach. Fun breakfast on balcony. So much is within walking distance (0.25 mi) or less. My teens like sunset swim at the beach. My 12 year old love the gelato at night. Well stocked kitchen to make many of our meals. It was excellent!

Wedding

The beach was a very Short walk. There were several shops and places to eat real close to the condo within walking distance. The seventh floor has barbecues and a great viewing area to see the sunset. I love sitting on the lanai at night, listening to the waves crashing at the beach. The beds were very comfortable, and the condo was very roomy. We had a very nice stay and would definitely come back when we visit Maui.

Beautiful condo with everything you need!

This was the perfect place for our family vacation to Maui! The condo was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed including beach supplies. The location was perfect and only a minute walk to the best beach. We saw turtles and dolphins every day.

Great Amenities and Location in Kihei

My family and I stayed in this condo for eight nights and loved our stay. The place was clean and the rooms were comfortable. The condo has a wonderful view of the sunset and had a great lanai to enjoy breakfast overlooking the ocean. The property had a pool and a nice rinse off area for after beach play. The condo is a block away from a great beach to hang out at and to go boogie boarding and body surfing. My daughter loved the pool and we all enjoyed how relaxed, family friendly and quiet the area was. The host provided great beach gear (umbrella, beach chairs, pool noodles, boogie board, sand toys and small ice chest) which was awesome to have right there and no need to rent. All the appliances were up to date and great to have laundry in the place. There was also a nice roof deck to enjoy sunsets. The smallest thing that was confusing at the place was the front door lock, so read the instructions on how to activate the key pad lock. It took us a few tries to first open the place, but after that there were no problems.

Birthday getaway

We had a wonderful experience at the condo. My husband and I brought our adult children to Maui to celebrate my birthday. The condo was beautifully decorated and so spacious. The three bedrooms allowed everyone their own personal space (we were a party of 5 adults).The dining/living area and lanai was large enough for all of us to be together. Look forward to returning to this rental!

The perfect place to stay

The condo was clean and very nice. We had everything we needed, including beach supplies. The condo is perfectly located just steps away from the beach. My son’s enjoyed the gelato and shaved ice shop across the street! My husband and Mom-in-law loved relaxing on the balcony. The beds were comfortable. I didn’t need AC, but my boys used it in their room and we were glad it was an option for them. We will definitely be back to Maui and will stay in this complex again - even if we don’t need as many bedrooms.

Great space in a convenient location

This condo has everything you need to have a comfortable stay by the beach in Kihei. The accommodations are better than what is captured by photos and the process is quick and simple. If you are looking to visit many parts of the island, this location acts as a great center point by the beach. Wendy is very responsive and helped us with any issues during our stay.

The property was just like the picture represented. Close to beach, shopping and dining.I wish there was a double bed in the 3rd bedroom, a twin was hard to get used to for a 69 year old woman.And a dresser would have been nice.

Great location and beautiful space

Everything was as advertised! This is a beautiful condo with all the ameninites you could ask for. You are walking distance from the beach, shops, groceries, restaurants and more. There were 6 of us in this trip and we were all comfortably settled in the space. The sunsets from the balcony are breathtaking - and you'll have them every single night. So convenient to have a clothes washing machine and dryer in the unit - helps those who pack light! We also had access to the terrace on the 7th floor and the views from there are even more spectacular. The bathrooms were very nice and very spacious. Beach towels and gear including chairs, toys and boogie board were included. The A/C in the rooms were a great option. Overall, the place was comfortable, spacious and clean!

We have always wanted a place on Maui to allow us to escape what can be long and dreary winter days in Seattle. We are so excited to finally be realizing this dream. We have been visitors to Maui for years and have found Kihei to be the best locale. Everything you need is within walking distance and being centrally located on the island makes it easy to enjoy a day trip to Hana or just a quick jaunt up to Ho'okipa Beach to watch the Windsurfers and enjoy a picnic on the beach.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We love the Kamaole Beach Royale. We stayed here for my friends daughters Senior Trip and stumbled upon this condo. It is steps to the beach and the pool is perfect for afternoon sunbathing. If the wind happens to pick up on the beach, our pool is protected from the wind and is usually very quiet and peaceful. KBR is centrally located and there is an abundant choice of great restaurants within walking distance of our condo. The fabulous Wailea beachfront path is a short distance away - why pay Wailea prices when everything you want is right here in Kihei?
