Our 2-bedroom 2-bath unit is just one floor up, which means better views and more privacy than the ground floor but no need to wait on the elevator! Enjoy unobstructed views of the beautiful Emerald Coast from the KING master suite, private balcony, kitchen, and living area. Our condo faces South toward the Gulf, so you will be able to enjoy BOTH sunrise AND sunset from this lovely unit.

IDEAL LOCATION! Perfect for families! Our condo is located directly on the Gulf, just a few steps from the clearest water and softest, sugar-white sand you will ever see! Our building, Emerald Towers West, is a well-maintained, 44-unit complex on Okaloosa Island. This Island is just 7 miles from Destin, so you can take advantage of Destin's many restaurants and attractions but still enjoy our less-crowded, family friendly beach. Free beach service—2 beach chairs and one umbrella—included with your stay (Mar-Oct).

KING MASTER SUITE WITH GULF VIEW! The Master bedroom is situated on the ocean-side of the building so guests can enjoy quiet, privacy, and a gorgeous ocean view! This luxurious bedroom features a comfortable King-sized bed with Tempur-Pedic mattress, en suite bathroom, large flat screen TV, and slider door providing direct access to the balcony. Fall asleep to the soothing sounds of the ocean waves and wake up to a gorgeous ocean-view!

COMFORTABLE 2ND BEDROOM! The second bedroom features a full-sized bed, twin-sized bed, and en suite bathroom, as well as a flat-screen smart TV. Versatile to accommodate children or adults, with plenty of storage for luggage.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN! The newly updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, Keurig coffee machine, and ample pantry space. It is fully equipped with everything you need to make home cooked meals. Best of all, you can gaze at the ocean right in front of you while you stand at the sink! 4 counter stools and a 6-person dining table provide plenty of seating for your group to share meals together. Don't feel like eating in? Take advantage of the outdoor grilling area next to the pool! Or, explore one of the many amazing restaurant options on the Island. This location has over 15 restaurants within 3 miles.

COMFORTABLE LIVING AREA! The open-concept living area is comfortably furnished and features a 55-inch flat-screen smart TV with Samsung sound bar. We even have side tables with built-in USB charging ports for all of your devices! Kick back and relax after a long day at the beach and stream your favorite shows. Or, watch a movie from our complementary Blu-Ray collection. We also keep a small assortment of books and board games for the whole family to enjoy. Need extra sleeping space? No problem! Amazing place with wonderful views!

We love this condo!! The condo is exactly like the pictures you see online and so clean! The kitchen had everything that you would need to cook while having an ocean view! The view from the patio is amazing! We enjoyed having breakfast on the patio and watching the dolphins every morning! We love that the condo is right on the water and the beach service is a huge plus! Hali was so easy to work with, communication was great and made booking effortless! We will definitely be back!!

Awesome Gulf Front Condo

This is a great beachfront property with an awesome view of the Gulf. Spent my mornings having my coffee on the balcony and watching the dolphins jump around. We had a great time at the beach which is just steps away. The condo was very clean and the owner made the renting experience super easy. If you want a lot of traffic and packed beaches, go over to Destin. If you want a great laid back getaway with room to breathe, stay here. I look forward to coming back and staying here again someday.

Gorgeous Ocean Views

We have stayed at Emerald Towers 2001 two times. It is the perfect retreat for rest and relaxation. The views of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom are uninterrupted. The condo is spotless and every item needed for cooking, children, and beach accessories are provided. Communication with Kali was just a text away and she was always available, not that we needed anything. The condo is located at the end of the building making it easily accessible to the beach boardwalk and the parking lot. I haven’t one negative thing to say, it’s a gem.

Cozy and Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay the condo was so cozy and comfortable. It was like being at our own home. The view was amazing! We could walk out to the beach in less than a minute. Loved that it was beachfront with a shower to rinse off before going inside. We especially loved that the chairs and umbrella were provided with our stay. The condo was clean and well stocked. We had plenty of towels. We had all the tools needed to cook our own food. We enjoyed the local restaurants recommended by Hali. Highly recommend this place!! We will be back!

Simply gorgeous

This was the second time our family of five stayed in this beautiful location, and we simply cannot say enough great things about it. I have already recommended it to countless friends and am in the process of trying to find the right time to return next year. Our three boys range in age from 6-14, and they absolutely love staying here as well. The sky is a different mix of colors every morning and evening, and the accommodations and decor are stunning. I truly cannot think of anything that would make this a more ideal place to get away. We love the fact that it's so close to Destin but not so busy. Our boys love fishing, so we have chartered a fishing trip both years, gone on a Sunset dolphin cruise, and gone parasailing (even our 6 year old). We love having those adventures near by but mostly love the fact that we are steps away from the most gorgeous beach we've ever seen. Thank you, Hali and Matt, for sharing this gorgeous place with others. You will never regret booking this place!

Beautifully remodeled condo on the beach

Overall we had a good stay at this beautifully remodeled condo with a great ocean view. New appliances, bathrooms were redone, loved having the 2 beds in the guest room (1 twin & 1 full) Owners are local & very responsive. A negative was having no security or office at the condo. (It’s a small complex which I liked) People above us were ridiculously loud & felt there was nothing we could do except be forced to hear their kids running back & forth night & day. Also had a parking issue where my car was blocked in by another car..no fault of owners but would’ve been great to have some sort of security. Condo could’ve been better stocked with beach gear, towels etc (we flew in) & basic cleaning supplies, vacuum, a laundry pod or two. Condo provided 2 chairs/umbrella set up at beach but had to get there early to get them & had to purchase more if you had more people in group. Overall a very cute place on the beach & would recommend.

The only thing better than this property is the host

This property is amazing! First off, the host is the best ive dealt with. I asked entirely too many questions and got same day friendly responses every time. About the property; ocean front, very clean, not crowded. I go to FWB every year and this is the best one I've stayed in yet. The building is less populated than others on the beach, so there's less competition for the beach chairs/umbrella. There's a gas station 2 mins away for any essentials, seriously it had everything. I took my girlfriend and two teenage girls and we were very comfortable. The room is cozy, you can lay in bed and see the ocean. The room had everything we needed from a blender to a strainer to can openers. There were 5 beach chairs on the balcony in case you need them. It's absolutely a 5 star room. If I had to nitpick my entire stay (9 days), I would mention two things: the pool is blah. Who goes to Florida for a pool tho?! And 2nd, the stove takes FOREVER to preheat. Seriously if you're going to bake, preheat 45 mins in advance!!

We’ll be back!

Matt & Hali have an amazing condo for your beach stay. It is exactly as advertised. We had no surprises when we arrived. Check in was very effortless. It was our kids first time to the beach and it went perfect. The location on the condo was ideal for us. It’s on a less crowded part of the beach so we didn’t have to worry about crowds, racing to get our chairs/umbrellas & not hovering over our kids. The kitchen is fully equipped with all that you’d need utensil wise. The only thing I wish we would have brought was a set of hand towels & wash rag. They supply one of each. With the washer & dryer in the condo, it worked out fine but I would have rather had more so I know next time to pack those. My only “complaint” & I hate saying that because it isn’t even a complaint but an idea is to have a small hand held sweeper to sweep the floors as the week goes. As much as you try to keep the sand out, it’s impossible. They do have a broom that we used. If they don’t add a sweeper, we’d bring ours. Again, not a deal breaker at all. We will definitely be back to stay at this exact condo for our next vacation. Matt & Hali we’re excellent people to work with.

Nice and Quiet Getaway

A very nice, quiet, and clean getaway at the beach while visiting family at Hurlburt Field. The property was just the right size and was beautiful. We watched the sunrise and the sunset from our room. The location was just right - not too crowded which lends itself to a very relaxing weekend. Thank you for making my stay enjoyable. I will most certainly come back on my next trip to the Emerald coast.

Exceeded Our Expectations!

I looked at many different condos for our stay in the Destin area and am beyond happy I chose this one! The condo was exactly as pictured online and to our surprise, was even closer to the beach than it seemed in the photos! The master bedroom is very large and has a super comfy king-size bed. This room was great as a "shareable space" with my mom. My two sons loved sharing the 2nd bedroom and enjoyed having a smart TV that they could log into netflix at night. The water views are unbeatable and a 2 minute walk to the beach was super convenient. We saw dolphins 2 of the mornings we were there! A few bonuses over other condos you may be considering are the washer/dryer IN UNIT, the large foyer area where you can drop all your stuff upon your return from the beach, the chair service at the beach and the rinse off area upon your return to wash some of the sand off. Communication with Hali was excellent. We are grateful for the memories made on this trip and will definitely stay here again upon our return!

What a fantastic retreat! We shall return!

Wow! and Wow again. We have stayed at this exact condo several times in the past and have always enjoyed it. We especially liked the fact that it is located on the 2nd floor and the stairs are close by, so one floor down and we were almost on the walkway to the beach. No more waiting for an available elevator, although there is one available if needed. We also had exellent beach views from the living room and the master bedroom. The new owners have totally transformed it! It is gorgeous, comfortable and so welcoming. We were very appreciative that the beach chairs and umbrellas are provided for us on the beach, so no more lugging those with all the regular beach gear. What a bonus! The kitchen was well stocked with the necessities, we felt that we didn’t lack for anything, all was provided for us. There was even sun screen and aloe in the bathrooms, we have never seen these provided in any of the condos we have rented in our many travels. We love this beach area as it is not crowded and well maintained. We enjoy going out to eat and there is a great array and variety of restaurants available. We went to a different one every evening. The owner also gave us a couple of excellent recommendations which we very much enjoyed. Thank you Matt and Hail for providing a memorable and relaxing getaway. We are already planning our next stay. We can’t wait.

Beautiful and perfect location!!

We had an amazing experience from start to finish! Condo is extremely clean and updated. The beds were amazingly comfortable(so comfortable we bought one)and the kitchen has everything you need. The beach access is right by condo and condo is beachfront. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We will definitely be back. Hali was also very consistent on communicating through out the whole process. I highly recommend this property!

Very relaxing atmosphere!! No traffic noises only sounds of the ocean!

Very smooth process and great communication with owners!! Recently remodeled on inside was in new condition!! Very clean and well stocked with essentials!

A little about your hosts: We are a military family originally from the Northwest. We purchased this condo in 2020 to enjoy beach living before the Air Force sent us on our next adventure. We lived here for about a year with our baby, toddler, and Kindergartner while we renovated the space. It was a big project—especially living with 3 little kids in a 2-bedroom condo!—but we enjoyed the challenge, and we are so proud of the final results. We have moved on to our next station, but we plan to come back to the beach often. We have so many wonderful memories in this beautiful place! We love to host and help others make lasting memories too!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Super-convenient beach access! Just walk out the door, down one flight of stairs, and you are steps from the beach! The water is so close that you can hear the ocean waves from the master bedroom. We love waking up to the ocean view and starting and ending our days relaxing out on the balcony. You have a great view of sunrise AND sunset from our balcony!

Another reason we love this property is the location. Our building only have 44 units, so you will always be able to find a spot on the beach! Okaloosa Island is family friendly and less busy than Destin, but close enough that you can still take a short drive to Destin for all the attractions and shopping!
