Cette unité 1BR / 1BA formidable, qui peut accueillir jusqu'à six personnes, est pleine d'élégance tropicale et a une vue imprenable sur la salle de séjour du Golfe!

Toutes nos unités d'une chambre à Emerald Towers de l'Ouest disposent d'une cuisine enti��rement équipée, des lits superposés, canapé-lit, coin salle de bain avec deux lavabos et douche séparée, armoire à linge, laveuse / sécheuse, balcon privé et vue sur Golfe-avant de la salon.

Reviewer Comments: The property we stayed in was very nice and very clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen.The view from the porch was beautiful. The sliding doors that lead to the porch is very noisy, the people upstairs slammed the door often, we could even hear it in the bedroom. I would suggest telling people to this of others when closing the sliding door.

Great family condo

Beach service was well attended by a great staff who was courteous and friendly. My kids loved the bunk beds. The only problem we had was with noise from the pool. The beds were a little noisy as well, but overall it was a great experience.

Lovely Condo

Best of all, it was clean and updated. The kitchen was exceptional with new appliances. The complex was quiet and convenient. Our favorite eats were found at The Donut Hole, Dewey Destin and AJ’s all in Destin. Close by, we liked The Crab Trap by the pier.

Reviewer Comments: It was okay but the sofa was not comfortable, the bed was not comfortable, it was noisy, the view on the balcony would have been nice if we would have had a recliner chair to relax on. The chairs was very uncomfortable very hard to sit in at a long period of time.

The location was great, the condo had everything we wanted, and it was clean and well kept. We did not have a need to reach out to the company during our stay, but feel confident they would have been easy to work with. Every time I called prior to our stay to make payments or ask questions, everyone was friendly and helpful. My husband and I agreed we will DEFINITELY book here again if we come back here next year.

The outside of condo building was dingy/not in good repair. The walkways were very dark. The elevator was shaky and jerky and had a horrible smell the entire stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit has great beachfront view. The property is well maintained and clean when we stayed. Overall it was a great stay and everything was as advertised. Couple of things that management can improve on: 1. For late check in, the current rule of asking us to come back to office next day prior to noon is not very flexible. Please be more flexible on this considering long distance travel involved in the prior day. 2. Please enforce no smoking rule. Our unit had some smoking odor left from previous occupants smoking in the patio area. The occupants above our unit were also smoking in the patio area during our stay and affecting us when we were relaxing in our patio.

Thank you for completing our online questionnaire, Our properties are all non smoking, however smoking is permitted on the balcony (with doors closed to stop the odor from entering the property and also to prevent the fire alarms from going off) However we do ask that guests be courteous to people around them if they are smoking on the balcony. Great Vacation and beautiful location!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean unit! Incredible view!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Love the Brooks & Shorey properties. Centrally located to everything and far enough away from the beaten path to be peaceful. The only thing missing about ETW are the lack of life guard stations and trash cans around the perimeter of the property. Saw trash around the pool and around the elevator area. Had there been trash cans there wouldn't be trash scattered about.
