Excellent All Around!

Check-in was very easy. Upon arrival, our unit was very clean and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The property manager was also quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We have recommended this to all of our friends and family!

BEACH TIME

The condo was nice...could use some updating...and tile floors could use a cleaning...other than that...was very relaxing and LOVED being right on the beach...Also put balcony to good use. Will be back for sure.

Nice place

It was a very nice property. Upstairs neighbors were a little loud at times, but it didnt effect my stay much at all. The Bed was to firm for me but the recliner was nice to sleep in. I would go back.

The condo was clean and had plenty of storage space to be able to unpack and put everything away. The location was perfect with being right on the beach. The best thing about the condo besides an Awesome View is the great water pressure in the shower!

Reviewer Comments: We were a bit disappointed with the check-in procedures- we were not aware of the possibility of not being able to get into our condo at the 4pm check in time. We did however enjoy our stay in 4003. The condo was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the emerald waters (a beautiful view from the condo's living room)

Enjoyed the complimentary beach umbrella and chairs. Also enjoyed one complimentary sunset cruise. Only issue was the WIFI and cable went in and out several times on our first few days. Brooks & Shorey were responsive if we needed them.

However, the mattress needs to be replaced in the bedroom, the bathroom could use a paint job or a serious cleaning of the walls above and around the shower and the furniture in the living room and dining room are showing some wear. One of the chairs at the table has a leg that is unstable.
