Very private studio apartment in the heart of the Galleria. Overlooking the pool. One queen size bed. Free parking for one car. Washer/dryer on the location. Pet friendly. High speed fiber internet. Self check in. Close access to 610 and 69/59. On the bus line 20 and 82.
The host and her family were so welcoming and kind. The facility had plenty of extras household goods to utilize during my stay. I would have extended for sure however there were people already booked in the coming dates. You will love the scenery of the pool as it feels like an inside jungle and I must admit the jacuzzi tub is everything. I adore the place for sure. It is also right next to the mall and amazing stores. Definitely book here!
I came to Houston for my godsonâs surgery and stayed here from April 2 through April 7. It was my first time in Houston and on an airplane. I was also traveling alone, and I was nervous about flying and staying by myself but I had nothing to worry about when it came to this comfortable private cottage, which was clean and relaxing. The only thing I will tell the next renter is to pay attention to your welcome package.
If you want a private and affordable place near The Galleria and you love nature and trees then this place is for you. I love the walk-in closet and there are lots of drawers to put our stuff. You have an option to cook, to wash clothes and to swim in the pool. Itâs an old place though, youâll see stains on the bathroom tiles and lime scale on the bathroom faucet. I didnât like stepping barefoot on the area rugs, they felt sticky. The pillows are so worn out that theyâre flat and the throw pillows are hard and abrasive on the face. If you turn on the bathroom faucet while someone is taking a hot shower, the temp will change to cold so hold off on using both at the same time. The water on the kitchen sink takes a while to warm up. The electric outlet on the bathroom sink is not working but itâs better not to use it since itâs near the faucet. Just move around the TV antenna to get a good reception. Thereâs a portable heater and the ceiling fan helped with the ventilation. We left paper plates & table napkins while the other renters left shampoos and other usable stuff so thereâs a lot to choose from. If the place was well maintained, it would probably look awesome. The host responds fast and she was able to connect me to the internet so I can work remotely. If you need anything, Walgreens is just beside the property. Overall, we liked the place. Thank you so much to the host.
