Our beach home blends coastal charm with modern comfort. Inside, you’ll find bright open spaces, beach-inspired décor, and everything you need for a carefree getaway. The spacious deck and tiki bar invites you to sip your morning coffee with ocean breezes or watch stunning sunsets over the Gulf in the evening over few drinks with family and friends.

We’ve thought of every detail so you can travel light and enjoy more time by the ocean. The house is fully stocked with: Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, beach wagon, a cooler for easy trips to the shore, and children’s beach sand toys — just pack your swimsuit and sunscreen!

Overall this was a great house, 3 bed / 3 full bath, room for 3 couples. Location was fantastic, quick walk to the beach or down to Johns pass, and shopping. The only gacha none of us caught, is that the 3rd Full bath only has access from the outside, with no air.

Amazing location

Well appointed and close to the beach and John’s pass. Loved sitting out on the back deck in a private little oasis. Everything was perfect except the microwave was broken and during our two week stay, it was not replaced.

Perfect location, steps always from the beach and walking distance to John’s Pass. Host was very easy and fast to communicate with. Beds were comfortable and the house was stocked with everything we needed. Will be back!!

St Pete’s Beach getaway

Perfect location and the house came with (more than) everything we needed! Six adults (three sisters plus significant others) and we had plenty of space (bedrooms, bathrooms, etc). And the Tiki Hut bar was fantastic! Host was very responsive. Walking distance (10 minutes) to John’s Pass (shopping, restaurants, bars).. We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent property, steps from beach

We stayed 5 days with our adult children. Separate rooms and bathrooms gave us all ample space. Property was exceptionally clean, steps from beach. Lots of beach gear so we didn’t need to bring any. Anything we needed was right on site. Check in and check out were a breeze. We loved the close beach access, walking distance to Johns Pass. Would definitely stay again!

Awesome place and location

This place is just as pictured. The finishes are nicer than expected - the outdoor area was perfect for gathering and relaxing and we loved having a full bathroom accessible from outside. Everything was there we needed and the grill was spotless. Only thing is the master bedroom mattress is VERY firm - if that bothers you, you may want some additional blankets to lie on.

Everything you need is there. Plenty of beach stuff. All you need to bring is your clothes. The master bed mattress was really firm. All the unmarked keys was a little confusing. You cannot see the beach from the house however it was just a really short walk to the beach.

Wonderful Beach House

Everything in the listing was described perfectly. I brought so much stuff from home that I didn't need. The house came with everything. It was a quick walk to the beach. The back deck with the tiki hut was very enjoyable to hang out in. We will definitely coming back! Owner was very responsive and very accommodating.

Better than described!

We were excited for our family trip to Madeira Beach to celebrate the New Year. We were so thrilled to find this property and let me say, it was even better than we could have hoped for. The house is so clean and spacious and the tiny distance to the beach is shockingly great. We took the provided wagon and beach chairs with the provided beach towels to sit in the beautiful sand and listen to the waves each day. We put in miles of walking along the shore and we found beautiful shells. We enjoyed a gorgeous sunset over the water every night. The location is fantastic, there are close grocery stores and restaurants, so we enjoyed those in the evenings. The beds were so firm and comfortable and we made ample use of the full kitchen.Finally the owner was amazing and so easy to communicate with. We had a late flight on our last day so the owner was willing to let us check out later than planned, which gave us an extra day at the beach! We were so thrilled and grateful. We are already planning our return to this lovely little community and this beautiful rental!

Great Madeira Beach house!

My wife and I booked this stay to celebrate a life accomplishment and share it with close family. The property was close to the beach, accommodated the number of family joining us, comfortable, well stocked with beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, kitchen necessities…everything we needed! The property owner was in touch for check in and ensured all was good for us. The parking was great as was the outdoor amenities like the tiki bar and outdoor shower. The sleeping accommodations were nicely appointed. To keep it honest, the mattresses were harder than we all were used to. The kitchen utensils and appliances seemed quite modern as did the washer and dryer. Great way to celebrate and spend time at beautiful Madeira Beach.

GREAT, GREAT, GRRRREAT!

I just returned from this rental after a girls trip with a group of friends. We LOVED this place. BEDROOMS- 3 beds are perfect for 6 adults. Mattresses are firm, but we had no complaints. Would have appreciated some curtains to block out the early morning sunshine! (bring a sleep mask) BATHROOMS- 2 inside both are both a bit tight, but have nice sized showers and plenty of towels. There are travel sized toiletries just in case you forgot yours (thoughtful!). The 3rd bathroom, if you haven’t already read on other reviews, is located outside and only accessible from the side of the house. It’s not climate controlled at all, so you have to be quick getting in and out, but it is super handy after a long day at the beach when your friend is taking too long to open the house door- LOL! PATIO- Amazing! The privacy with the fence is priceless when you compare it to a small balcony you’d get renting a condo unit. We ate every meal sitting at the Tiki bar because it was perfect! The outdoor shower kept us from dragging any extra sand into the house. The drying rack on the patio is super handy for your wet suits and towels. LOCATION: the only way it could be any better is if it were directly on the beach. It’s a 2-min walk from the back gate to the beach access. There is a 7-11 less than a block away. We walked to EVERYTHING! John’s Pass is about an 8 min walk and you can find everything there- shopping, food, entertainment. EXTRAS: this rental has plenty of room. No one felt cramped! Thatch has done a great job making guests feel welcome. This is the first beach home I’ve ever rented that had EVERYTHING you need for the beach- towels, chairs, umbrellas, a rolling cooler, and even the wagon to get it all there. The kitchen is fully stocked if you want to make your own meals. Oh, and this place was SUPER clean when we arrived (props to whoever is cleaning this place!) Thatch was responsive to texts- he’s a great VRBO host! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Mad Beach!
