This was a great property! The host was very easy to work with. He responded to my messages almost immediately. Access to the beach was great and the host had everything we needed to enjoy our days on the beach.

This was a great place to stay, very reasonable, close to the water, and had extra items for us to take to the beach so we didn't have to rent anything. Would definitely come again.

Stayed 3 nights at the beach house with 6 adults total. The location was perfect! Very short walk to the beach. The rental had absolutely everything included…beach chairs, bags, towels, coolers, umbrella, boogie boards/tubes, and a wagon! The outdoor bathroom and tiki bar were great to have! Parking was also very convenient. We wouldn’t change a thing and hope to someday return!

Great location. Beach is so closed but you aren't on the water. Items needed for the beach were provided which was great considering we flew in from out of state! The parking was a little weird.

One of the cleanest rentals I’ve rented. The host has definitely put a lot of money and thought into this place. He has everything you need on the property. All you have to pack are your bags. We found it to be quiet and very relaxing. Easy quick access to the beach and it is within walking distance of several bars and eateries. Getting in and out of the parking area can be a challenge, especially if you have a large vehicle. The two indoor bathrooms are small and they were no toilet paper holders for the toilet paper which we found a bit annoying. The host is easy to contact and he responds in a quick and timely manner and if you need something immediately, you can call him. We would definitely rent this place again.

The location was just steps to the beach, we loved everything about the house. It was plenty of room, the outdoor patio area was awesome with the tiki hut! They had everything you would need for the beach as well. We would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beach house. Such a short walk to the beach and the sturdy wagon provided made it so easy to transport the nice beach chairs provided & any other items we wanted to take to the beach. We also loved the Ninja toaster oven with multiple capabilities in the kitchen. This home was perfect for our family. We definitely plan on staying again in the future!

Perfect for the camera crew down to shoot my son’s wedding. Clean and perfectly arranged, one couple and two individuals, the couple’s bedroom was isolated from the other two.

We visited with two adults, a 16 year old female, 15 year old female, and 9 year old female. All were comfortable in the house and found there to be plenty of space! The beach walk was approximately 1-2 minutes, Fruit Float cafe (super cute!) was 7 mins away, and John's Pass village & boardwalk was an 8 minute walk. The house was clean and welcoming! There was sunscreen that greeted us as we walked in the door along with some bottled waters (not sure if that was from the host or left from previous guests, but it was inviting for us!). If we ever find ourselves visiting this area, we would not hesitate to stay at this house again!

Excellent location. So close to the beach. The place was very clean. Love the tiki bar. Only request would be to have a few more bath towels so I wouldn’t have to do laundry while on vacation Would definitely recommend this place for a great time.

Communication with the host was amazing, they reached out a head of our trip to give us details. Check in/out is extremely easy along with communication with them during our stay. The 3rd bathroom on the outside worked our perfect for not having to go inside the house every time when setting out at the Tiki bar. The beach is a very short (I mean very short) walk and John's Pass is within walking distance. Park your rental car for the week all you need is within walking distance unless you need to drive to a grocery store. I would recommend this hot and their lovely home to anyone. Thanks again for everything that made us feel at home.

Host communicated well and the check in process was very easy. Property was lovely, very clean, beds were really comfortable and location was great. We were so close to the beach and the house had everything you could need for a day on the sand, chairs, parasols a cooler and a trolley to take everything in. We loved our time here
