A new and amazingly renovated & updated Blue Ridge classic, referred to by the previous owner/builder as their own "Mini-Biltmore Estate", for the care and craftsmanship put into the construction. Conveniently located to all of the area attractions; less than 10 minute drive to the full service grocery store, 10 minutes to downtown Hendersonville, and app. 10 minutes to Flat Rock. You are also only app. 30 minutes to downtown Asheville, and the world famous Biltmore Estate. Less than 15 minutes to the Asheville Airport. The home has its own private parking area with circular drive for unencumbered access 24/7.
