The space
This 5 bedroom home can comfortably accommodate 16 people.

Ground Floor:
1. Double King Bedroom with high ceilings
2. Double Queen Bedroom with a fireplace and direct access to Deck
3. Fully Stocked Kitchen with eat-in dining space (seating for 6)
4. Large Dining Room with seating for 16 (coffee station and mini bar (BYOB)
5. Washer/Dryer Closet with detergent
6. Large Den with XL Projector, pull out couch and games galore!
7. Half bathroom

The front porch is the perfect place to relax and watch friends and family play games!

The outdoor deck is wonderfully designed, with seating for 8 people at the outdoor dining table and more seating available at the loungers. You can relax in any of the numerous areas with cold drinks in the cooler or while cooking at the electric/ charcoal grill!

Upstairs:
1. Primary Bedroom with King Bed and attached Bath (spa tub, TV, full size shower, double vanity and heat lamp)
2. Large King Bedroom with TV and a Trundle pull out (2 twins)
3. Large King Bedroom with TV, dedicated work space (desk + chair) and access to the Balcony
4. Hallway Full Bath with standing shower, full jetted bath tub, low height vanity (child friendly) and heat lamp.

This floor has direct access to a large covered balcony overlooking the front yard and designed for outdoor relaxation.

Whip up those classic barbecue meals you love so much using the electric/charcoal grill!

Take a walk down the deck steps – here awaits you an inviting wood burning firepit surrounded by string lights, perfect for making s'mores with those you care about. Firewood is provided!

After exploring all the beauty that Asheville and the surrounding area has to offer, relax in the hot tub or find solace while rocking gently in a swing chair with your favorite book! The barrel sauna awaits after an exciting day of exploring and hiking!

The hot tub is cleaned between each guest.
