2 BR 1 BA Dog friendly home in Assateague Pointe WOC: Text BEFORE booking!!

Newly renovated retreat featuring two bedrooms, bathroom completely updated with large shower, new kitchen with quartz countertops, and updated appliances. The living area is bright and beachy with a beautiful electric fireplace and large Smart TV. Amenities include refrigerator (2), dishwasher, microwave, gas stove/oven, toaster, coffee maker, washer/dryer, 2 TVs with the internet, DVD player, central air, fireplace, and plenty of parking.

The large master bedroom features 2 bunk beds. One is a twin over twin and the other is a twin over full. The smaller bedroom has a king-size bed in it. It is a bit of a tight fit, but we figure you won't be spending too much time in there.

The courtyard is fenced with patio furniture consisting of a table, chairs, an umbrella, and a grill for cooking outdoors. In the shed, there are a few bikes and beach chairs available for your enjoyment. The shed also features an additional refrigerator for your convenience.

While sitting outside you can enjoy the pond which is located directly across the street. Our home is adjacent to the pool, clubhouse/arcade, community washing machines, and community showers.

Assateague Pointe is a gated community with 24-hour security. It offers something for everyone! You can take advantage of the two large pools, stocked fishing ponds, a crabbing pier to the bay, paddle boats. playgrounds, volleyball, and basketball, arcade/game room, community WiFi, a fenced dog park, and so much more!!

We are located just minutes from the beaches of Assateague Island National Park (where you can see the horses roam the beach) and the Ocean City boardwalk and beach. A five-minute drive will take you to the outlets, restaurants, go-carts, and ice cream. The community is also located next to Frontier Town water park.

We are a dog-friendly home. We ask that you clean up after your dog as you take them on a walk. We will charge an additional fee and additional security deposit if you choose to bring your dog with you. If the dog makes a mess or destroys something in the house or on the property the security deposit will reflect this. We do have sheets in the closet if you'd like to throw them over the chair or sofa to help us keep them clean from dogs. We appreciate it. It helps everyone's stay be a little nicer. We know how important our fur families are to us, the stress that it puts on them when we leave them behind, and the financial burden it puts on families to board them this is why we chose to have a dog friendly home. Please help us keep it nice so that we may continue to offer this in the future.

Extended rental (2 or more weeks/monthly) is available. Shorter weeks or long weekends will be considered. Please ask for rates through email or text 856-296-5117. Off-season discounts may be applied.

No smoking
Dogs will be allowed for an additional fee & additional security deposit
Minimal age of primary renter: 30
Maximum occupancy: 6

Cancellation policy: If you cancel outside of 90 days prior to check-in, you get a refund minus $100. If you cancel inside of 90 days of check-in you will only get a refund, minus the $100 if the property has been re-rented.
