Once again the family really enjoyed our stay at the home, everyone really had fun, this is our third or fourth stay at this wonderful home, we plan to make it a tradition, it really lives up to its name, cozy. The accommodations are clean and everything is supplied, Jazmine is an excellent host

This house was at an absolutely fabulous location!!!! It was close to Assateague Island Beach, in a beautiful quiet secluded neighborhood and yet a convenient drive (10 minutes) to Berlin for groceries and other items. The house was comfortable and clean which made a very enjoyable place to stay! The host was very responsive in getting us what we needed. I recommend this house to a couple or a family going to the beach.

Loved the location! The house was the perfect size. The Kitchen was perfect for us and the passthrough to the family room made it easy to keep an eye on the kids.

We found everything we needed in this spacious house ideally located near beach at Assateague National Seashore. In addition to 3 bedrooms, there’s a large den with sofas and host provides air mattresses. Fire pit out back. Quiet neighborhood. We plan to stay again next year.

If you value privacy, serenity, and a homey vibe over the traditional hotel stay with lots of people this is the place for you on your vacation. Pictures do not do this cozy home justice and I was actually blown away/pleasantly surprised once I got there and saw it in person. It’s not “luxurious” or a brand new build, but it’s sound, safe, secure, and exactly what my wife and I wanted for our vacation. The house is very, very spacious and so is the yard!!! Great for accommodating vacations with dogs. The house is directly across from a super quite golf course and the neighbors are so quite you’ll forget you even have neighbors. 5 min (or less) drive to Assateague, 15 min drive to OC, 45 min drive to rehoboth. The only thing I would have asked for is a larger tv in the second living room, besides that this was a great stay. We are so happy we found this place and plan to be regular renters.

Perfect to Assateague Island.

Our only complaints/ suggestions was that some of kitchen utensils were dirty. The pyrex dish still had food on it and some and other spatulas we had to srub to remove left over food. Also the vacuum doesnt work at all. We did our best sweeping. Thats our only complaints, i would recommand a pizza pan, and additionally tv in the other room as you walk in. Outside of these thoughts. We had a amazing stay. Our dog loved the the back yard as did the kids, and we loved the outside side shower for cleaning the dog. Love to to stay again

We will book to stay here again! We mostly fish on Assateague and the convenience here is AMAZING!! The space in the home, the kitchen was well stocked,(Im a chef and to have good pots and pans and sharp knives... wow!!!), everything was clean and just great! The backyard was fenced which was great! The garage was a finished space, it did have a smell to it but wr just put an air freshner out there upon arrival and it was okay! We brought cages for our pups just to be safe with other property and it was nice to have that room to set the cages up for when we went to dinner and such! There was a fire pit out back, picnic table, and a great yard!!! Overall this property i think may be our go to for bookings for our 3 times a year we visit as long as our dates are availabe!! Highly recommend from communication, location, stay, and we could enjoy brining our pups!!!!
