This newly renovated 2BD/1BTH unit (2020) is light in decor with lots of natural light.

*Ideally located one block from Main Street, Safety Harbor. Downtown has lots of shopping, dining and bar options all within a few minutes walk.
*Shared outdoor heated pool.

Safety Harbor is known as a quaint, friendly town centrally located within Tampa Bay. Clearwater Beach, St. Pete and Tampa airport are all within 20-25 minutes driving distance.

This unit has all you need for short and long term stays. Comfortably sleeps 2. And is packed with wonderful amenities listed below:

*Ample storage and comfort in this fully furnished 2BD/1BTH unit.
*Fully renovated kitchen with all new appliances including dishwasher.

Your unit is private. The only shared areas are the laundry facilities and pool (2021 completion)

The parking for Unit 4B is located in the back of the property not in front of the unit.

The pool is also shared and please refrain from using glass around the pool area. Pool code cannot be used after the sunset. Observe the pool rules listed near the pool area.

Great getaway

This was a great location for our week long getaway. My husband and I brought his Dad down and thoroughly enjoyed it. The size was perfect for us. We swam in the pool multiple times and relaxed in the chairs. Nobody else was using the pool so it was like it was our own private one! Only trouble we had was we couldn’t get one door to unlock with the code but finally found another door around the back that opened with it. Tiny set back for a couple minutes but once figured out we were good to go! We would stay here again if ever in the area. Beautiful little town that we could walk to. Lots to see!

Perfect for what we needed

The location was great. I am a walker and I was able to walk every day with a different view each day. Safety harbor is fun and funky. Besne’s p,ace was clean and had everything I needed and it all worked great. The only confusing part was the parking. Once we figured it out it was fine.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Coastal Cottages is located in a nice & upscale residential neighborhood. Our recommendation is to a visit the Marina and Philippe Park. Grab a cup of coffee at Cafe Vino Tinto, lunch at Karma's and try Southern Fresh for lunch/dinner. For beer lovers there's Troubled Waters Brewing right on Main Street and Crooked Thumb not far from where you are. Lots to explore!
