Après 10 ans de succès retentissant avec le Harbour House (propriété n ° 437948 pour consulter les avis), nous avons ouvert «Villa’s by Christine».

L'objectif de Christine autour de la rénovation de 2 ans de la Villa Key West était de faire ressentir au client le charme architectural d'une villa classique de Key West tout en profitant des commodités d'un hôtel 5 étoiles.

Comme pour le Harbour House, la Villa Key West se trouve dans la même rue résidentielle pittoresque à quelques pas des charmantes boutiques du centre-ville, des restaurants et des pubs de Safety Harbor.

Le salon et les deux chambres disposent de grandes télévisions intelligentes avec des télévisions traditionnelles complémentaires, Roku, Netflix, Prime et Hulu.

Le maître en bas a un lit queen avec un grand patio et un coin salon à l'arrière qui donne sur l'un des chênes de 150 ans convoités par Safety Harbours qui traversent un étang et une fontaine de réserve naturelle.

Un escalier en colimaçon mène au maître isolé à l'étage qui est nommé avec un lit queen size avec une salle de bain privée que tout hôtel 5 étoiles chérirait.

My husband is from Safety Harbor and we love to go back to visit. Christine’s Villas are our favorite place to stay! Comfort, convenience and a wonderful ambiance, you will absolutely love your stay. The Villa is well appointed and you can just bring your clothes and enjoy you stay. Can’t wait for our next visit!

Key West Vibe in Safety Harbor

Our stay at Villas By Christine - Key West was absolutely incredible!! The Key West vibe and decor were perfect!Anything we needed supply wise, except of course for food/drink, was provided. The location is perfect, only 1-1/2 block walk from Main Street where plenty of bars and restaurants await. The neighborhood location of the villa is very quiet and parking on site is super convenient.Would highly recommend either villa, Key West or Italia, when visiting Safety Harbor!!

Want a great place? This is it!

Well thought out design, thoughtful amenities, nice neighborhood with shops and restaurants all within easy walking distance. We stayed to attend a concert at Raymond James stadium. Would definitely stay again!

We love the town and staying at this house made it more of a vacation. The location was perfect walk to town and water but the house itself was just enjoyable and fun!

Lovely stay in safety harbor

Excellent stay, walking distance to the little main st in town and a bunch of restaurants and shops nearby. Christine was terrific to work with and she included a lot of nice little touches. Highly recommend!

Perfect place

The small details made this place perfect. The back yard view at night was breathtaking. Temperature control for both bedrooms was very convenient since one wanted it cool and the other wanted it warmer. Quick walk to Main Street in Safety Harbor was icing on the cake.

Wonderful stay in charming cottage!

We had such a nice visit in this adorable cottage! Comfortable furnishings, everything we needed and the perfect location just a couple minutes to downtown Safety Harbor. Many good choices to easily walk to for dinner. The covered back patio was wonderful too. We also enjoyed the snacks! Would definitely stay here again!

Love Key West!

We have just stayed with Christine for a second time and have already booked for the holidays! It is a wonderful house with everything we need for ourselves and our daughter or another couple. It is very well located within walking distance to Main Street in Safety Harbor, with fun shopping and restaurants. Christine and Dave do a great job!

Home Away from Home

This was a comfortable and rewarding anniversary trip! We spent a few nights here and enjoyed every minute. The area was close to Main Street and we did hear music (only while sitting on the front) some times. Overall, the host took great care of us, left toys out, had ample beach supplies, and even snacks/wine for our trip. We would come back in a heartbeat!!! Special thanks to the host!

Adorable!

The Key West Villa was just right for our small family celebration over Christmas. Christine even put up a tree for us! This house is spotless and well equipped for cooking…and eating. The house is cheerful all around, including a fort porch with oversized chairs and a back porch with a sultry view of the Florida landscape. And it’s only two blocks away for Main Street. We have already booked again for May!

Amazing place!

This villa is amazing, very clean and everything is so thoughtfully done! Another review stated Christine should give a class on how to set up a STR, I absolutely 100% agree!! The use of space is perfect, very well decorated, the back porch is just amazing, there wasn't anything that she didnt think of to include! The complimentary wine, water and snacks were a welcome surprise! I can't say enough about how clean this place was and I can't give enough stars for this place! We were only there for the weekend and we will definitely be back as we do come to that area several times a year! Christine is more than a superhost!!

Beautiful, great location, perfect getaway

My husband and I stayed in the Key West Villa for our anniversary getaway. This adorable villa is in a great location within easy walking distance of downtown Safety Harbor where you will find tons of great restaurants and cute little shops. Though it is close to downtown, it was a quiet and peaceful retreat. The villa is very clean and well stocked with everything you might need. It is the perfect size for 1 or 2 couples or a small family. The host was great to work with and quick to respond to our questions. Though it is part of a duplex, we never heard the guests on the other side, even though it was occupied the entire time we were there. We would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful Experience

We have stayed in many VRBO places, but none was as well stocked and spotless as this little gem. The place is newly remodeled,beautiful and the beds are very comfortable. The location is within in walking distance to many eateries and shops . The beaches are a short ride away. We will definitely be back soon.

Couldn’t be better!

Not only is this the absolute best location to walk to all of Safety Harbor’s restaurants, shops, and events… this is also the most pretty and thoughtfully provisioned place we’ve ever been to! We especially like the customized code to enter. No more wondering if we had the key, we had our own code to go in and out If we left or arrived at different times. The place is absolutely beautiful, with wonderful decor and a terrific and large back porch. We loved it.

My name is Christine. I live just minutes away from Villa Key West. My husband Dave & I moved to Safety Harbor more than 25 years ago from Ohio. Our four children are grown & gave us seven beautiful grand babies.
We absolutely adore Safety Harbor. Taking care of our rentals and trying to make it perfect for your visit has been great fun for us.

We choose our favorite architecture for our Vacation Rentals determined by places we visited and enjoyed. With Safety Harbor having some of the same great Key West vibes to it, made this home so much fun to create and design.

Being literally steps from downtown Safety Harbor's restaurants, pubs, events and music venues keeps our guest coming back year after year.
Villa Key West is just 11 miles from Honeymoon Island or Clearwater Beaches. Centrally located between Tampa and St Pete which are around 19 miles.
The property itself will put you in vacation mode.
Yet the serenity of the terrace view over the secluded pond and 150 year old oak trees far reaching limbs will relax your every afternoon and evening.
