Présenté dans le film "Love in the Sun", l'appartement Downtown Studio est situé au deuxième étage du Safety Harbor Hotel, construit en 1914, dans la rue principale. L'appartement dispose de tout le confort de la maison. The location is awesome. The host was very accommodating especially with moving us to a new room (The Paris Loft) when the AC wasn't working in the room we originally booked.On the not so wonderful side: the bed was extremely uncomfortable and a couple times it sounded and felt like it might collapse. The pillows were flat and uncomfortable, need to be replaced along with the mattress.There is also a skylight in the bedroom which meant that we would not be sleeping in. It would be great if there was a blind that could be closed at night so it wasn't so bright in the morning.Overall I would stay here again for the location and with a couple upgrades it would be a great place to stay.

Great location & wonderful host!

My husband, our adult daughter, & I stayed briefly in Safety Harbor June 18-20 & Paula briefly have been any better to work with. It was kinda last minute as we booked elsewhere & realized it was a little further away than we thought. Paula was super accommodating & we had a beautiful studio, gorgeously decorated, right in the heart of the fun & walking distance to mist places you'd want to be. We will definitely stay again!

Our first staycation

Location was great. Right off of Main Street. My only issue was the air conditioner in the room did not keep the room cool. Luckily it was cool at night with the windows open.

The property that we sadly only stayed at for one night, we wish it had been longer. The property is 5/5* for us & in a pefect place in Safety Harbor. Quick & friendly respinses from the host also.

Adorable studio, perfect for weekend getaway!

The location can’t be beat for enjoying all that downtown Safety Harbor had to offer. This studio apartment is spacious, beautifully decorated and great for 1-2 people.

Amazing Stay in Safety Harbor

We absolutely loved our stay here! The location was fantastic—super walkable with cute restaurants just around the corner. It was easy to find with convenient parking, which made everything stress-free. We enjoyed walking down to the beach and exploring the adorable town of Safety Harbor. The rental itself was quiet, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Would absolutely recommend and would love to come back!

Cute studio

We enjoyed our stay. The studio was perfect for our needs. We were lucky enough to stay the 3rd Friday of the month when the town holds a street festival which music and vendors. This was a nice addition to our stay. I gave cleanliness 4 stars because there were a couple of cleaning issues that were addressed with the owner. The studio is on the 2nd floor, which I did not know.

Great Location

This was a very nice stay in a great part of town. You are right on Main St with loads on great restaurants and bars. Pizza at Nona Slice House is a must. The host was very helpful. There was an AC issue in the unit so prior to check in we found we would be put at the uptown studio instead of this one. It was cute and had everything we needed for a short stay.

A cute place and a great property manager!

Had a wonderful few night stay. The apartment location could not be better as it is literally on the main street of Safety Harbor. The apartment itself is perfect, very cute and had everything you could want, a kitchen, full size fridge, and a comfy bed. The property manager is also great! While I did not meet them, I accidentally left my retainer behind and was so grateful they were able to find it and send it to me.

Adorable location, perfect stay!

Cute studio like stay located in the perfect spot on Main Street big enough to fit two adults, a teen and a 4 yr old. Close to everything, easy to get to and access, cleanliness gets an A+, easy parking and so many shops around! Parking is easy and we enjoyed the balcony views, definitely would stay again!
