SeaSpray 104 Located in Oceanfront Complex

SeaSpray 104 is a non-smoking, 2 bedroom/2 bath condo located on the 1st floor. Unit has slight views of the ocean and sound. The condo has a full size kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and blender. Coin-Operated washers and dryers are located just down the hall from the condo. There is wireless internet, 3 TVs (one in the living room and one in the each bedroom) and a DVD player. The main bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin size bed. SeaSpray does not allow renters to have pets.
This unit is available for weekly and partial weeks with a 2 night-minimum stay. Rates include departure maid service, linens and admin fee. Trip insurance is optional and available for an additional cost. Tax is 12.75%. Check out our other properties at SeaSpray. Units 117, 212 and 241.

Everything You Need

Our first time staying at Seaspray and hope to return. The condo is bright and clean. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, nice balcony, big kitchen, wide beach and security on site. Host was available and friendly. Although weather was bad we still enjoyed our stay.

Dive vacation

Glad we stayed here. The dive shop was 10 min. away. The pool was very nice. Condo was very clean although some of the apliances were worn. The beach was a far walk but worth it. We enjoyed our stay.

Great place for family vacation

Property is on first floor, so it was easy to get all luggage into location. Pool is nice and the management company was very responsive, even texted us to wish a happy 4th of july. Highly recommend.

Great Weekend Getaway

I was in Atlantic Beach for a work conference and thought it would be great to bring my wife and son to enjoy the beach with me. SeaSpray was an amazing stay and we had no problem feeling at home, which when you are traveling with a toddler is a great feeling. 2 minute walk to the stairs that lead you to the beach, and within 10 minute drive of any food or fun location. We will be looking toy make SeaSpray a regular visit

Enjoyed our stay

Check in was very convenient with a lock box on the condo's door. The condo was spotless and even had a fresh, clean smell. The cleaning crew did an amazing job. A lot of necessities were included which was a nice surprise (hand soap, tp, paper towels, dish soap, trash bags and cleaning supplies). The kitchen was well equipped with everything you would need to cook a meal. All three TVs were smart TVs that we were able to sign in to our streaming services in addition to the cable provided. The bed in the master bedroom wasn't the most comfortable and the pillows were very flat. I wished I packed our pillows from home. There was a bin with clean sheets and an ample number of towels. The condo complex was clean and quiet. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely like to stay there again.

Great Location

Overall good location with nice pool, outdoor grills. Unit was extremely clean. Walkway to beach is in ill repair. Balcony future needs to be replaced - chairs are on the verge of collapsing. Would not recommend for anyone with a walking disability.

Reviewer Comments: Proximity to the beach was my highest priority, and this was perfect for that. Being close to the nearby state park was a bonus. It was acceptably clean, except for one shower, which had black mildew around the edges. Check in and checkout instruction emails were clear and helpful, but my questions about why the email said checkout was at 10 when my rental agreement said 11 went unanswered. Overall, I'd still recommend it.

Wonderful Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second time staying at SeaSpray and we truly love the feel of the area. The beach is huge and allows you the opportunity to spread out. The unit is well stocked and easily accessible from the parking lot. While the listing says there isn't an elevator (and we quickly learned after staying on the 3rd floor last year) that it's always a nice reminder! You will definitely get a leg workout. The furniture on the patio is a little wonky and the bathrooms could use a major upgrade, but overall we'd consider the unit again.

Perfect little spot

The place was great over all but the bed in the master bedroom was cheap or something. My bed in college slept better. We also spotted 4 roaches in the bathroom and kitchen. Otherwise parking, location, and all were perfect for the price!
