Ce studio amélioré propre et confortable de 2015 est situé littéralement à 50 pas du sable chaud entre vos orteils sur notre plage vierge jamais bondée! Cette unité est très populaire en raison de sa proximité avec la plage (voir l'image satellite aérienne pour l'emplacement de l'unité). Profitez d'une vue imprenable sur l'océan et le coucher de soleil depuis notre balcon commun enveloppant ou depuis l'une de nos entrées Gazebo Beach.

Nagez dans notre piscine cristalline immaculée. Les restaurants et magasins locaux sont à quelques pas. Profitez de notre kitchenette complète, ou barbecue sur l'un de nos barbecues au charbon de bois en plein air et profitez de repas en plein air.

Escapade parfaite pour un week-end romantique ou une retraite en famille ... regardez les dauphins éclabousser du gazebo au bord de l'océan ... ne manquez pas le coucher du soleil disparaître sous les vagues de l'océan .... promenez-vous sur la plage de sable ... construisez un château de sable avec les enfants ... surfez sur l'eau ou pêchez sur notre plage ... regardez les surfeurs accrocher dix .... ou détendez-vous simplement au bord de la piscine.

- Ceci est une communauté sans fumée. (Vous ne pouvez pas fumer sur la propriété pour inclure les balcons et les gazebo).
- Les animaux domestiques et les animaux (y compris les animaux de soutien émotionnel et d'assistance) ne sont pas autorisés selon les règles du propriétaire.
- 4 personnes maximum, bébés inclus. (Max 3 adultes recommandés).

Cute, clean retreat!

My husband and I stayed here for a week beach getaway. It was great! Yes it was small but it had nearly everything we needed - and best of all the beach was so close! Loved staying here and miss it already!

Highly recommend

The only negative I can say about this place is that the boardwalk and gazebo leading to the beach has no lights at night time. There is not adequate lighting around the property at night. Other than that this was a most wonderful and pleasant stay. The room was exactly as described. It was very clean and very neat and just what I needed. Location to the beach was wonderful. Very quiet, very relaxing. I will definitely book here again.

This property was super clean and beautifully decorated. It is within a short walk to one of the most gorgeous places on Earth. Checking in and out was super easy and quick. The owner answered my questions by text in seconds.

Perfect Getaway

I had such a wonderful and relaxing stay! The room was clean and cozy and right on the beach. I enjoyed drinking my morning tea and reading in the gazebo. Such a healing and much needed time away. This was a solo trip and I felt safe, it's a family friendly community of other residents, and not an over crowded beach location for those looking for that like myself. I will certainly return for another stay, thank you!

We had a wonderful stay in this ocean front property. It was the perfect size for 3 people. The glass door is the only complaint, it was broken and would not shut well.

Lovely Room in Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay here. My husband and I were in just for the weekend. It was our anniversary and the host left us a anniversary card, which I thought was a nice touch. The room is very small; yet, perfect for just the 2 of us. Very clean and the bed was comfy. We liked having our car right outside the door. The beach was gorgeous and they provided beach chairs for us.

This a great place for one - two people. First floor, easy parking, quiet, clean and steps from the beach. Sufficient kitchen, decent size bathroom. Had towels, basic supplies. Nowhere to put luggage really... But we made do, especially for the price! Hope to return!!

Great stay for small group.

I was looking for a rental close to the beach for a short getaway. My daughter joined me for one night. This location was absolutely perfect. The room was clean and had everything I needed including extra toilet paper and paper towels and shampoo and body wash. The beach was literally 100 steps away and the gazebo was fantastic. I got too much sun one day so sat under the gazebo and read the next day with a view of the beach and wonderful breeze. This is a very small room so not for more than 2-3 people but was perfect for my needs. I would definitely book this location again. The only recommendations I have would be a larger trash can in the kitchen and a few more ice trays for the freezer. Thank you!!

Great studio

The place was clean, had every necessity available & affordable. Though it didn't have an ocean view it was just a short walk to the ocean. The location was great! Walking distance to a good restaurant & bar & a very short drive to places like Morehead City & Beaufort. I will say, the only downside to this place was that the internet was spotty, & there wasn't really a place to put a puzzle together. The cable boxes had a short cord so you had to leave them on the kitchen table. Typically my days at the beach are spent on the beach however I ran a race one morning I was there & the weather wasn't great for sitting on the beach so instead we tried to watch Netflix through our account (however it was spotty & often kicked us out from trying to watch a show) & then wanted to put a puzzle together but had no room. These are not deal breakers for me & I do still highly recommend this property.

Wonderful!

My husband and I stayed in this rental for a short anniversary trip. We were very pleased with the room and location. We were able to park directly in front of the door which made the unloading and loading process quick and easy. The rental was exactly as pictured and clean. It had everything we needed for our stay including extra towels and blankets, and also plenty of pillows for the bed. The unit was very close to the beach and pool. There are two beach chairs in the small closet by the door. My own beach chair ripped on the second day so I very much appreciated having access to another! One thing I will note is that the beach access requires you to walk up and down a few stairs. We brought a wagon to haul chairs, umbrella, cooler, etc. and we ended up ditching the wagon after the first day because of the stairs. This wasn’t a big deal for us, we just carried everything for the remainder of the trip. I just wanted to mention that detail for renters who may have small children or elderly people in their party so they can plan accordingly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will check on this unit again if we ever return to Atlantic Beach!

Anniversary Getaway

We enjoyed a wonderful relaxing getaway for our anniversary. Our stay was so pleasant. The property was convenient to everything and so clean. We even had a card waiting for us wishing us well for our anniversary. Such a nice personal gesture.

Wonderful (although rainy) beach getaway!

The rental was very clean and just as pictured. We greatly appreciated the extra accommodations, such as beach chairs, pots, dishes/silverware,etc., offered by the owner, they made our stay more comfortable and removed the travel hassle. Unfortunately, the weather was very rainy and gloomy, but we still got the chance to take advantage of the super convenient beach access, the ocean was literally a 5-minute walk away! We greatly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying again! :)

Great place

This was a great little place to stay. It was very clean and close to the beach. I had an issue at checkout, there was a phone number on the back of the door to call when leaving but it wasn’t a working number. Also, there was a broom but no dustpan. Other than that everything was great.

Built in 2015, Ocean Sands Getaways is one of the Newest Oceanside communities in Atlantic Beach, NC. the unit is located on the first floor and because of its convenient location you can actually drive right up to the front door to drop off your belongings. The beach is just around the corner and the pool is nearby. This property is a hidden gem that many people just don't know about! The truth is that many owners want to keep this piece of private beach a secret, but I want to share it with you!

The setting is amazing. Enjoy our charcoal grills, and have dinner with your family on our brand new picnic tables. You can enjoy the sunny outdoors, while listening to the sound of waves breaking on the shore, and the aromatic aroma of sea salt in the air!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

You just can't beat rolling out of bed, and in a few steps planting your feet into the warm, soft Atlantic Beach sand! Staying on the beach is the way to go! There is no need to worry about crossing busy roads, or paying for parking, etc..

And for those of you with kids, well there are many activities for them as well. There is a large green lawn area, so if they get tired of playing on the beach, they can kick the soccer ball, play horseshoes, or whatever activity sparks their interest. And the new Atlantic Beach Park is within walking distance.

So regardless if you are vacationing for a week, or getting away for the weekend, come stay at our place, and please make it your own! I know you are going to have a fantastic time!
