A 14th-floor Oceanfront astonishing condo! This unit is fully renovated with brand new appliances, furniture, flooring, and remodeled bathrooms. You will find a stunning Gulf-front from the spacious balcony leading from the large living area The balcony is furnished with chairs, a lounge chair, and a table. You can enjoy your morning coffee alongside the Ocean, Sunset, and Sunrise!
AGE REQUIREMENT 21 AND OLDER
REQUIRED RENTAL AGREEMENT FOR E-SIGNATURE PRIOR TO CHECK IN. THIS INCLUDES AGREEMENT TO RULES AND FINES.
You can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, TV in the large living area and Master bedroom, with quality furnishing and decor, and free WIFI. To avoid the hassle of finding a parking spot, this unit also comes with a 7th floor reserved parking spot, in the Resorts garage. The Resort is called Shores of Panama due to it being located exactly on the beach. A 23-story equipped luxury resort with many features. These features include over 14,000 square feet of pool space, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a spa, a modern fitness center(BRAND NEW EQUIPMENT), and two Tiki bars alongside the pool. On the beach, there are waterfront sports and activities, followed by a chair and umbrella rental site.
Within a few steps away from the resort, you are surrounded by a Walmart across the street, Pier Park, PCB's magnificent shopping and dining area. There are also some great activities for the family such as Ripley's Museum, Signal Hill Golf Course, mini-golf, and plenty of restaurants to choose from. You are guaranteed to have a wonderful time in PCB!
The Entire condo has a cozy bunk room with a full bathroom, a Master bedroom equipped will a tv and a spacious closet, as well as a full bath, and a large living area with a tv, dining area, and comfortable resting area. The kitchen contains bar seating, fully equipped with necessities for your comfort, and new appliances.
