Shores of Panama #1307- Two King Masters!

MISCELLANEOUS UPKEEP WORK WILL BE DONE ON THE BUILDING THROUGHOUT THE 2025 YEAR AND INTO SPRING OF 2026. INTERMITTENT NOISE IS EXPECTED DURING THIS WORK

Guest must be 21 years of age or older to rent. Guests under 25 will be required to complete an in-person check in process.

Sassy Sands Beach Haven, Shores of Panama 1307 is a professionally updated 13th floor unit 3 BR 3 BA condo in the newly renovated Shores of Panama resort in Panama City Beach oceanfront and beachfront condo with Amazing views! Enjoy stunning views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico from this beachfront beauty. Master BR1 features a king bed with private bath, Master BR 2 features another king bed with private bath. The third BR features two twin bunk beds with private full bath. The condo also has a new sleeper sofa in the common area. Maximum occupancy is 8 guest. Must be 21 or over to rent

Shores of Panama is located on Thomas Drive and is close to St. Andrews State Park and some of the best restaurants in Panama City like Pineapple Willy's, Dat Cajun Place, Captain Anderson's, Neon's, Patches and Firefly. The golf course is just 3 minutes away and the Marina is 12 minutes away. The marina is a great spot to book a dolphin excursion or fishing charter for your next family getaway to PCB. The Hershey's Ice Cream shop is located only 5 mins away and will be your favorite spot for a late night sundae on more than one occasion during your stay!

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

Guest pay for parking and resort bands upon arrival. The 2024 Rate for the package is $110.00 for unit 1307 for 2 parking passes and 8 resort bands. This unit gets one assigned parking spot on the 5th floor landing area (space is marked with a sign that says 1307 on it) and you get one additional open parking pass for the length of your stay along with 8 Resort bands for guest to use.

INITIAL SUPPLIES - UPON ARRIVAL
RentMyBeachPlace stocks a few essential items for you to utilize until you can get to the grocery store. Initial Supplies include: Dishwasher soap, small washing machine powder, each bathroom has amenities (like hotel but NOT restocked) shampoo, conditioner, soap bar and body wash. One roll of toilet paper in each bathroom & one paper towel roll in the kitchen. All bed linens & towels are provided. We encourage guests to bring beach towels for use at the pool and beach.
