Perfect for all of your travel needs, the cozy cottage is a well appointed home in Barbourville, Kentucky. Offering two bedrooms and two baths with living, dining, kitchen, laundry and outdoor space. Cozy and clean, we hope our little cottage is the perfect stay for your next visit to Barbourville. Located within minutes from Union College, I-75, Corbin, London and Pineville, come stay in the cottage just to get away or as a home base for all of your local tourism destinations.

The city of Barbourville is one stop on the Wilderness Trail and is a short drive to Lexington, Richmond and Knoxville. Local attractions include Pine Mountain State Park, Cumberland Gap and Cumberland Falls.

We are pet friendly with approval and have a small fenced in yard as well.

Graduation Weekend

The house was just right for the two of us. Every room was beautifully decorated. Great place in downtown Barbourville just where we needed to be.

Exploring parks and caves

This was a jewel of a home we found. All clean, neat, well decorated and fully equipped. Located just about 30-40 min to the places we wanted to visited and pretty much in the downtown area where food was available in both restaurants and grocery stores. We loved it.

Enjoyable stay!!

This is a nice property. It had everything you need in the kitchen, beds and linens were top quality, decor was pretty and location was perfect for our needs. I highly recommend this property. We will definitely return.

Adorable Small Home

This home is small but well thought out. The owners were responsive before our stay and welcoming while there. Perfect home for a small group of 4 adults who were in town on a quick trip. Would definely stay again!

Clean, Comfortable,Great Location

A very clean, comfortable, and cozy home with a well-stocked kitchen and all the amenities for a very nice stay. Great location in a nice neighborhood. Beautifully decorated and furnished interior. A nice surprise was on the counter from the manager.

Convenient

Its location worked out great. My 96-year-old mother-in-law from Ohio stayed there and we, total of 18 people, were able to stop by throughout the weekend to visit with her. That way she didn't get over tired traveling around Knox County to see everyone. Thank you.

Work stay

I've stayed a lot of VRBO's over the years and this place was the sweetest place! It was simply cute as a button and VERY clean!!! The beds were the best! Neighborhood felt safe and neighbors friendly! I would recommend this to every if you are looking to stay in the area!!!!

Lovely bungalow

Perfect place

This was the PERFECT place for us! We loved everything about it! Easy check in, clean, comfortable beds, cozy, warm, inviting, pet friendly yard and space, equipped with everything you would need to host a family gathering or just for the two of you. They even had an old Nintendo game! A great location to town and Union college. Special care was taken to ensure that we wanted for nothing! The sweet treat left for us by our host upon arrival was a BONUS! The best part was the lovely spacious front porch, where you could enjoy your morning coffee or evening glass of wine. We will most definitely book this sweet cottage when we return to watch some baseball games there at Union college. One of the BEST VRBO’s we’ve ever booked.

Family Reunion

We were in Barbourville for a family reunion. This home was perfect for our stay. It’s a very nice house with all of the amenities we needed while there. The hosts thought of a lot of nice little things to make us feel at home. We will definitely stay again next year.

A gem!!

I travel a lot and have stayed in a lot of different properties. This home is an absolute gem! It was super clean and comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with literally anything you can think of. The beds were super comfortable and I slept well. The location is perfect as well. I cannot wait to stay again. I absolutely enjoyed it!
