Beachfront Condo w/ Ocean, Bay, & City Views! Private Beach Access!

We hope you will consider visiting our home away from home! If you are looking for a quiet beach retreat (or to work or study while on a flexcation with private WIFI), then look no further!

You’ll be on island time as soon as you step off the elevator on the 7th floor. Located ON the beach at the quiet East end of Galveston! No busy streets to cross here! You’ll be able to hear the waves, watch the ships coming in and out of port, and enjoy views of the city. The back balcony also overlooks the year round heated pool and 2 pickleball courts/tennis court of the Islander East.

The condo comfortably sleeps 6. There is a king bed in the master suite. The second bedroom has a full size bed and full size foam sofa sleeper. 3 smart TVs and 2 comfortable sofas complete the living areas.

With a full size kitchen, large island, and stacked washer and dryer in unit, we’ve included all the conveniences of home. There is a pack n play, high chair, and changing pad in the closet. All linens, towels, beach towels, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, basic toiletries, dishwasher pods, some coffee, laundry supplies, and beach wagon/chairs/umbrella/toys will be provided to enjoy your stay.

Cleanliness is of utmost importance to us. All high touch surfaces, linens, and towels will be sanitized by our cleaning staff prior to your arrival.

The location of this condo is within a five minute drive to downtown or the seawall. We will provide you with our Island top picks for things to see and do, although you will certainly not be disappointed with the views and quick walk onto the beach for a low key get away!

Lastly, there is onsite parking in the gated parking lot for up to 2 cars. When you check in, the 24 hour front lobby staff will greet you and provide you with a parking pass and gate code.

The facilities were well-maintained and the view was truly exceptional. However, the unit presented some accessibility challenges for older individuals. Specifically, accessing the shower required stepping up approximately 16 to 18 inches, and there were no grab bars or handholds available to assist with entry or exit, which could pose a safety concern.

Nice little place for the four of us! We especially enjoyed the beach view balcony. Loved listening to the ocean and watching the waves. The pool was a nice amenity, too.Would definitely stay there again.

The condo is in an excellent location with incredible views. It was clean and so beautifully decorated! The layout is very convenient with two bedrooms that each had privacy and balconies. I would highly recommend this condo. The owners were extremely kind and responded to my request to stay another night quickly. I would definitely stay here again.

No problem with Communications from owner. Arrival no problem either and the instructions were clear. Outstanding views to the beach and the channel really impressive. Anything you need was in the unit as far as cleaning supplies. My impression with most vacation rentals There is almost nothing in the unit but this one had everything. It is two bedroom that goes the width of the building so you don't have any neighbors units backing into the bedroom so it is very quiet. The unit has a dishwasher and a washer dryer if you need it. What I especially like it is basically almost a private beach as opposed to further west on the Main Beach. Well maintained Boardwalk takes you to the beach. Furniture very good including sofa and beds unlike most worn out Furnishings you see in many Beach rentals. I will definitely be coming back.

Great location, nice quiet part of the beachfront, but not isolated, still close enough to Seawall to have all the conveniences. Well appointed we never wanted/needed anything. Perfect hosts made it stay ideal.

My family loved everything about our trip. The views from the condo were incredible, the walkable beach access was super convenient, and our amazing hosts provided everything we could need and more. The condo was clean with wonderful amenities, and the front desk was friendly and helpful. My kids are already asking if we can go back next summer.

We'll be back

This is a very large condo. It was immaculate with comfortable bedding and towels. 'Very well stocked. The air conditioning is frosty which is a very important point in Galveston in the summer! The double balconies are the best seller. You can look out on the ocean on one side and the ship channel/bay on the other side. The hosts were attentive. 'Great place!

Location, Location, Location - Bathrooms were a problem.

The unit was in an exceptional location. East end of Galveston Island. Beach front. Seventh floor. End unit with views of Gulf and bay. Beautiful sunsets. Beautiful views of the Gulf and Galveston. Weather was very good. Few people on the East end of the island.Richard at the front desk was very helpful in getting into the unit. When we arrived he met us outside with a cart to get our luggage upstairs. When we had a problem, he quickly came to our aid.Not all of the pictures on VRBO were accurate. They showed bunk beds in one bedroom. Others showed a full bed with sofa bed (which was the current layout). The pictures should be updated to give an accurate view.There was a communication problem between the owners and cleaning crew and the condo had not been cleaned before we checked in. The owners contacted the crew and they quickly arrived. We took the opportunity to visit Mario's for an excellent dinner. Not a major issue and was quickly handled by the owners.Everything was good, except the showers. For elderly people with mobility issues the step up (8-10 inches) and lack of grab bars was a definite problem. Possible renters should be advised that the unit is not ADA compliant. Because of this we would not rent this unit again. However, the front desk did tell us there were other 2 bedroom units that are ADA compliant.A TV tray or small table that could be used on the balconies to place morning coffee or binoculars would have been nice.

Quiet and Relaxing

My granddaughter and I stayed here recently and thoroughly enjoyed it. It's on the east end of the island (no vehicle traffic on the beach) so you're five minutes from Seawall Blvd. with its activities and restaurants (Pleasure Pier, Gumbo Diner and Mario's Seawall Italian) and ten minutes from The Strand (Mama Teresa's Pizza and Shark Shack).The condo's configuration (both bedrooms face the bay) provides an open concept with the kitchen, dining and living room facing the beach. The furnishings and bedding were comfortable and well maintained. The owners provide clear information about the property and the area. Two tips:Negative: DO NOT park in the 2100 Garage near The Strand. It is unmanned, the ticket readers fail and online assistance in pitiful (took us 45 minutes to get out)Positive: The condo has two pair of binoculars. My granddaughter loved watching the freighters and cruise ships. All in all, a relaxing visit that we look forward to repeating.

Love the location and views. Quiet and restful. Staff are helpful and pleasant. Quick drive to Seawall and the Strand. Condo is comfortable and well stocked. I’ve learned to bring throw blankets for Spring and Fall condo stays and they came in handy on this trip. Would definitely stay again.

Initially we booked this location for the views. Upon arrival we realised the weather was not in our favor. Despite the weather, we had an amazing experience in Galveston.
