We had a really nice time and would come back. East beach is nice and quiet, but close enough to everything. Fun place if you want a quiet, low maintenance beach get-away.

The communication from the Host was very good. Everything was sent in email prior to arrival, including gate code as well as door codes and check in information. The room was as advertised, however some minor details for cleanliness would help. The top of the ceiling fan was very dusty and the shower head was getting rusty. The bed mattress definitely needs to be replaced with something that is a bit more full. Otherwise, the building and grounds are very nice. The location is very nice, close to the city but out of the way in the quiet East Beach area. The walk to the beach takes a few minutes right out back on the private boardwalk or if you choose, you can find one of the many public beach access areas and drive your vehicle right up to the water and enjoy. The small kitchen in the unit was very handy as we spent mornings making breakfast and enjoying coffee on the deck with a full view of the Gulf! The sunrise was spectacular! There is a very nice outdoor pool that we did not use as well as onsite laundry if needed.

The place was quaint and cozy; great for a couple. Awesome view of the gulf and because it was on the east end, the beach felt private. The heated pool and pickleball courts looked wonderful; wish the weather had been better to enjoy them. The location was perfect for getting around the town. We will definitely be back!!

A nice stay, with good amenities and a fantastic view. Decor was elegant -- homey, without a lot of kitsch. Bed was comfortable (if a bit too plush for my lower back). Since it was a chilly December, the heat worked well for comfort.

Perfect Vacation

Great place to stay with family. Low key location away from crowds, pristine beaches, good fishing, excellent views, close to downtown. Room was perfect for family of 4. Clean rooms and all the necessities provided was a nice touch. Pool, pickleball, grills on site, laundry, vending machines, etc. this place is truly a hidden gem.

Great Place

Location is away from the busy seawall and located on the beach. The condo is small as stated in the description, but they have done well with the available space. The facility itself is well maintained with friendly staff members. We had a great time during our stay here.

Easy last minute holiday

Husband and I booked this little room as a last minute vacation/babymoon. We enjoyed the ease of check in/out and the friendly staff.. the beach was lovely and less busy on that side. The room was clean and cute. We would come back again!
