The property had maintenance and cleaning issues - there was a non functioning dishwasher and a sink disposal system clogged with corn cobs which we had to remove. The fans on one of the bedrooms had a loose part which kept rattling when the fan was switched on. The closets had no hangers and no light. So while there is space they are not really functional unless you take a flashlight and your own hangers. Additionally the property is located on a street which has majority of properties under construction. So if you’re looking for a view you would be disappointed. It’s a property in the middle of a construction site Absolutely disappointed! Not at all worth the price for three nights. The housekeeping/customer service staff was not helpful either. We had to make several calls and after each call we would be promised a call back and that never happened. When you’re in the hospitality business you have to take into account for holidays.
If you can let the property on4th July weekend, you should be prepared for maintenance issues. So, to use the excuse that is the holiday weekend and we don’t have staff to fix the issues is just unacceptable.
Why should the customer pay for a problem that you didn’t consider as a property owner and management company.
The guest services manager didn’t even bother to respond to our emails.
No customer service, no customer engagement, poor upkeep of the property.
