We also have our private outdoor hot tub, which is perfect for soaking after a long day at Dollywood or a hike in the Smokies.

We had a 4 families stay here together for our annual family trip and had a great time! Very spacious, good location, quiet area, great amenities, and clean! The host responded to any questions we had during the stay. Would definitely book again!

The hot tub had contaminated water in it. 1 person went to the urgent care to find that they had ecoli, 2 had hot tub feliculitis, which is also caused by the same ecoli bacteria, 5 of the children exhibited symptoms of the ecoli with severe stomach pain, vomiting and diarrhea. We asked them to replace the water

Loved Black Fox Lodge!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The communication with the owner was seamless, and we found the space to be immaculate and aesthetically pleasing in person. It came well-stocked with essentials for a comfortable start, and there's even a nearby Family Dollar store if you happen to forget anything important. The property is also centrally located to many major attractions just being a short 15 to 20 minute drive in either direction. We would definitely book again in the future!

Family Trip

This house was amazing and everything was just like the pictures! It fit our large group with no problem, lots of space! It was nice that every room had a bathroom and everything was clean! Only complaints we had was not enough outside seating and no large bowls in the kitchen. We utilized every part of this house. Pool and hot tub was a hit! Would definitely recommend and would come back. Contact with the owner was nice and easy, no complaints there.

Nice cabin, plenty of room.

Overall it was a great experience. The property changed hands to a new owner a week before we left for our trip but we were able to rebook at the same price. A friend staying with us left an iPad at the cabin and when I contacted the host they wrapped it securely and shipped it to us. The cabin had lots of space for all 16 of us and large bedrooms. Only negative was that when we got there the hot tub was fine, but the chlorine tablets ran out after day 2. We notified the host but no one came to maintenance the hot tub so we could not use it the last two days.

Last minute family vacation save

We traveled as a family of 15 and upon arrival to our first booked home we quickly found out the details listed were not accurate for the house we had previously booked and we had to find something last minute to book that would accommodate our large party. I reached out to the host and asked if this place was available to check in immediately. The host was very responsive and we were able to check in literally 30 minutes after reaching out. When we got to the house it was absolutely amazing. Spacious, clean and amazing amenities such as the pool table, heated pool and putt putt area all attached to this home. The bedrooms with their own bathrooms were just what we were needing for our large group of adults and teens. We had a slight issue of needing more wash cloths and that was handled promptly after letting the host know. We did struggle a little making large batches of food for our large party with the pots and pans that were available but we made do with what was available. But again with the last minute change of plans and this place being available and all that we were wanting and expecting from the first place we had booked, we wouldn’t complain about a single thing. We would definitely book this property again and again. Thank you again for saving our family trip!
