We sincerely apologize for the issues with the upstairs A/C and pool temperature, especially since both affected your ability to fully enjoy the home and its amenities during your stay. We're glad the children were able to enjoy the pool beginning on the second day and that the A/C improved before your departure. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the starter supply of paper products and the overflowing trash area. While we do recommend guests bring additional supplies for longer stays, we understand the frustration of not having adequate space to dispose of your trash. If a guest needs a trash pick up we are more than happy to accommodate if they call and request one. There is not a set trash pick up day as all stays are different.
