Beautifully decorated unit with modern kitchen, granite counter top, massive double sided granite island, black stainless steel appliances which includes dishwasher. The new soft closing white and black kitchen cabinets brighten the open floor plan of this spacious unit. The master suite has it’s private bathroom, a walk in closet, additional wardrobe closet, and view of the historic downtown. The Ohio river and famous Kenton bridge can be viewed from the sitting/tv room and 3rd bedroom. Guest bathroom has a floating vanity, tub, and laundry closet. This unit is adorned with many most photographs sites of downtown Maysville done and taken by local artist. This unit is in the heart of historic and entertainment downtown Maysville district. Opera house, museum, churches, restaurants, bars, Limestone park, Kenton bridge, Ohio River dock, and local shops are just walking distance away. Explore and our beautiful, historic, quaint, and friendly Downtown Maysville and you will sure feel simply blissful!

This was a beautiful place for our family of 5 to stay for the weekend. The owners are as sweet as pie! They gave us suggestions on where to eat, great places for photos, and a clean, roomy, and well stocked place to stay! We can’t wait for our next stay there!

This is a huge place that is perfectly located with river views, lovely furnishings, everything you need to make a lovely meal, and kind and thoughtful hosts. Travel to Maysville just so you can stay here!!

Birthday Weekend in Maysville

We absolutely loved this place! We walked everywhere, except for when we visited Augusta just down the road. Extremely clean and well furnished. Steve was available by text to answer any questions we had. Definitely will stay there again in the future.

Great location

We had a great stay in Maysville and our unit was perfect for our group. Close to everything and we were able to walk everywhere.Steve was a great host and even helped us carry all our stuff into unit when we arrived!

This was a perfect place for us in Maysville! Adorable second story walk up above a gift shop. You have the entire second floor which is set up with adorably and with everything you need. Very spacious and open, a really cute layout. Great views out huge windows. Hosts were very kind and easy to communicate with. Will definitely stay here again!

Lovely Rental

My son and I were in town for a funeral and enjoyed this lovely rental located in downtown Maysville. It is right above a flower shop and was everything that we wanted, easy access, clean, and a respite from our travels. Highly recommend.

These hosts couldn't have been nicer. Great check in, very clean property. Near everything in Maysville. They've gone to much effort to make this place welcoming. They even followed up when we accidentally left something behind.

Spacious and great location

We really enjoyed how spacious this property was and its location in downtown Maysville. The hosts were great, and we enjoyed meeting them at their flower shop downstairs. My only suggestions would be to add some bedside lamps to the bedrooms and curtains that block the light better, especially in the master bedroom with all the street lights outside. The property was stocked with basic items needed for our stay, such as shower toiletries and laundry detergent, which we appreciated. I would recommend this property to others who are looking for somewhere in Maysville.

Excellent place to stay, Very Roomy!

This is a very nice place to stay, its located downtown in the historic district of Maysville. You can walk to shops and places to eat very easy from this location. Highly Recommend. The owners were very nice and willing to make sure our stay was great.

Spacious and comfortable

My brothers and I were in town for a family reunion. There were five adults, including spouses. The kitchen, dining area, and living room were all in the same open space. There was plenty of room for us to practice yoga, cook, enjoy ourselves, and get a break from the family festivities happening around Maysville. The closets were large. The bathrooms were clean and functional. There was a washer and dryer, but we did not use them. I would highly recommend it and will stay there again if it is available next time we are in town.

Beautiful Unit

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay in Maysville. Daisy and Steve are the best host, great communication and quick to offer any suggestions. The unit is immaculate and has everything you could want. Definitely try the cinnamon rolls from their flower shop downstairs that are delivered from a local bakery!!

Great place for a small group

My sisters and I were in town for a family event, and this property was perfect for us. We each had our own space to retreat to, but also a common area in which to come together. Daisy and Steve are excellent and charming hosts. We’d love to stay here again sometime.
