A long winding road takes you to a quiet, relaxing and very secluded cabin in the woods, with all the amenities, where you can sit back and enjoy nature on covered decks or take a hike and explore nature. There is plenty of room inside also, with a full living room, dining room and kitchen. Fireplace in the living room for those cozy evenings and another in the full basement where you can hang out and play games, cards, foozeball or go out the door for more seating and a game of corn hole. Remember to enjoy an evening around the fire pit where you can relax and have fun with family and friends. Don’t worry about getting dirty there are 2 full bathrooms and a washer and dryer in the basement to clean up after that great day outside.

Best rest in the cabin in the woods.

we neede a quiet and peaceful.Rejuvinating place . It was relaxing and had everything we needed. Loved the hot tub and fire. Ring. Also some more recipes!

Fun weekend get away

A perfect venue for four women wanting to get away and play bridge and mah Jongg for three days, visit and talk and enjoy good food and drinks. Setting is beautiful even though the weather was a tad cool.When we were there Beautiful back porch for family meals. The place was spotless.

Family vacation

We were just on a short family vacation. The cabin was in a nice area. Very clean and comfortable. Very secluded and quiet, which was great. My dogs loved all the room to run!!

We Love this place!

So peaceful and nice! We enjoyed the full service experience with everything we needed on site! From crock pots to condiments! Lighters towels and even some s’mores were left for us to burn! The place is huge with kids activities, games to play play pens etc. The owner was great with correspondence!

Great getaway with privacy

This was an amazing rental for us. We were visiting West Union and traveling with our dog. We needed a place we could stay close by and this was perfect. Sharon had everything you might possibly need, and then more! Loved the cabin, the property (including the fire pit), and the location. If we ever have to stay in West Union again, you can be sure we will stay here!

A couples paradise

Great property with a great location if you want seclusion. We stayed with another couple to get away from the kids for the weekend. The hot tub was perfect and the grill to cook some steaks on made it perfect. Our second visit and we will be back for a third.

Wonderful Stay

We absolutely loved this cabin! It was cozy and roomy and the amenities were wonderful. We celebrated New years with 6 of children and they loved it. Can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful & Peaceful

It was nice to get away from the business of work and to be able to unplug for a couple days. The owner is always hospitable and makes sure that everything is perfect. This is my favorite cabin in the area. Perfect location and amenities.

Cozy, Quiet Retreat in the Woods

Property is beautiful, clean, with amenities to spare. Host was responsive and quickly addressed a significant issue we had during our stay within the hour. We would have appreciated knowing the 2nd full bath was in the basement and not near bedrooms. We would have booked regardless, but that surprise was less than ideal for our group. Kitchen is small, but well equipped. Home is well maintained.

Peefect get away!

A friend of mine is getting married October of 2024 and in lew of a bachelor party we decided on a fun guys weekend instead. This property came with more imenities than we cpuld imagine and the owner was so sweet and helped out even when we accidently locked ourselves out! Definitely recommend this place!

Very secluded

This cabin had everything you could possibly need and more. The hot tub was the cleanest we've ever seen.Very quiet back on a long well maintained road and drive.Many many beautiful nature preserves to hike within 45 minutes like the Charles Eulett Wilderness and Whipple State.Very few places to dine but we usually cook our own. The boat house in Ripley is a fun place for a burger on the river.

Awesome stay, this is the best place we have ever stayed. We have been going to Cincinnati Childrens Hospital for probably about 8 yrs. Never stayed at cleaner or nicer place, we love it here..

Lazy Spread Cabin was Wonderful

Our stay at Lazy Spread Cabin was nothing short of exceptional. Tucked away in a serene rural area, this cabin offers everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. Firstly, the cabin is impressively well-equipped with all the comforts of home and more. From the meticulously clean spa and outdoor fire pit to the spacious sitting areas and comfortable beds, every detail is carefully thought out. The bbq was clean and with it we made some yummy hamburgers. The location is wonderfully quiet and remote, perfect for unwinding and reconnecting with nature. Despite its secluded feel, the cabin boasts excellent Wi-Fi and a great selection of channels on the TV, ensuring entertainment options are always at hand. Sharon, the host, deserves special mention for her responsiveness and organization. She greeted us with a thoughtful gift basket, adding a personal touch to our stay. Lazy Spread Cabin stands out as one of the best properties we've ever stayed in. Thanks, Sharon!

Wonderfully relaxing getaway

Wanted a quick getaway with a friend just to relax in solitude and this cabin was PERFECT. Just like the listing pictures only better. Clean, quiet, cozy. Back deck and fire pit (thanks to our host for the S’mores !). Took a walk down the road and explored an old cemetery. Highly recommend this property!!

The theme of our stay was, "This will absolutely do."

From first glimpse of the drive, this property was spectacular. A few hours after our arrival a storm came through that took down the power for 24 hours in the area; not us! We were only down about 30 minutes and Sharon let me know Jim was on his way to switch us to the generator! It is a whole house generator and we were even able to still enjoy the hot tub that night! The cabin is clean, inviting, spacious, and Sharon has thought of almost everything! What an amazing touch to have a partially stocked kitchen! Sharon and Jim were amazing with their customer service! (Coming from someone in the service industry!) I highly recommend this property and will absolutely be back!

It’s not if we come back it’s when we come back! This was a great place to relax for the weekend. The property was nicer than what was listed. It went beyond expectations. We will be back!
