Where do i start?? When we arrived Tv's wouldnt turn on.The toaster oven cord was cut and placed on top of the toaster, and the pool was ice cold. I called the property and they said maintenance would be out first thing the next morning. Maintenance did not make it out until after 12:30pm. Before he came i ended up going to the breaker and fixing the tv issue so we wouldn'tbe an entire day with tv ( I shouldnt have to go mess with breakers on vacations). Maintenance came out with a toaster oven and gave it to me then went to go check the pool. He said it was the breaker, turned it on and left. Well the pool never heated and the breaker kept tripping. I called back they said there was a bigger problem with the pool and they would escalate the issue and someone would be calling Monday morning. No call back Monday. I called back Tuesday and they said again that someone would call me back Wednesday with a resolution. Well here we are are Thursday September 18, 2025 and still no call back. The ONLY reason I rented the Sweet Baby James cabin was for the HEATED indoor pool that we could not use. I had family travel from Chicago and Georgia for this cabin experience and well it was not a good experience especially for the amount of money I paid. Oh let me not forget the dust. Lots of dust on pictures, curtains, fireplace, etc. I was hoping to leave a better review, but they failed to do their job as property management to reach back out to resolve the obvious issues.
