Overlook the surf and sand from this balcony of this seventh floor 1 bedroom, 1.5 bath oceanfront condo! Just steps to Sea Colony's half-mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this one-level resort retreat is home to a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and bedroom (with a private half bathroom of its own). Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 2 TVs, 2 DVDs, Wifi. Notes: Bedroom is carpeted, remainder of condo is ceramic tile flooring. Features shower only - no tub.

Comfortable Home With Excellent Beach/Ocean Views

We have been renting this home for a number of years now. We really enjoy the views. Since the remodel a number of years back, the views from the kitchen are great and we really love the quartz counter-tops and also enjoy the walk-in shower. This is a great location with direct private beach access.

Enjoyed our stay!

Overall good stay! Always love the view! Rockers are a plus, but due to be replaced. The place had all amenities and was clean and updated. Only recommendation would be to replace carpet in bedroom. Would recommend staying here.

Winter Getaway

What fantastic ocean views from this clean & cozy one bedroom condo❣️The king size bed with pillow top was quite comfortable. It is located close to fine dining although the fully equipped kitchen with ocean views was my dream kitchen ☺️ We would recommend this rental and look forward to another visit. Thank you Vacasa for managing this lovely rental.

Beautiful

The condo could have been cleaned a little better as we found paperwork from the previous weeks guests and the bathrooms were not as clean as we had hoped. The condo is exactly like the pictures and the view is perfect. Overall, despite the slightly below average cleanliness, our stay was great.

The one bedroom unit was well laid out but needs minor maintenance. Balcony furniture was rusted ...

Towel rack in half bath needs repair. Lights under the microwave need new bulbs. The sleep sofa mattress was very uncomfortable but the king size bed mattress was very comfortable! The dining room chairs need their leg joints reglued. We were there during near hurricane type winds and rain and felt safe and secure in this unit.

A beautiful unit

The unit was beautiful and the view from the balcony was magnificent. Just what we needed. My only minor criticism was the lighting level in the living room was too low for comfortable reading at night. Some end tables at the couch and some bright lamps would have been great.

Quiet Comfortable Home With Fantastic Views

My wife and I have been coming to Sea Colony since 2014. Starting in 2017, we decided to start renting in Chesapeake House. We have rented either 703 or 603 over the years. Since the updates, we prefer 703. This is the first year we've rented after Labor Day and we both said this is the best trip yet. The weather is still comfortable and the water is warm for swimming. We enjoy the layout of the master bedroom and really appreciate the remodeled bathroom with a walk-in shower. There's plenty of room in the shower with a bench built in. The kitchen is very nice with quartz countertops and a nice deep undermount sink. Since the remodel, the views of the ocean from the kitchen are wonderful. We have enjoyed this home for a number of years and we've already booked this home again for next year.

Tight quarters but a great view!

Great location, the beach and parking are steps away from a not too busy elevator. All the appliances, TV, and WiFi worked well. Suggestions: A fan in the bathroom, a better sleeper sofa, and the HVAC system seemed suspect although we didn't need it that much.

Beautiful Stay

We loved just about everything this apartment had to offer - great location, easy access parking, beautiful ocean view, very clean and orderly, and comfortable sleeping. The only negative for us (& perhaps this would not matter to most people) is that the balcony never got the sun. We wanted to enjoy some sun on the balcony but the way the unit faces, it never has sun. Other than that, it was perfect, and we had a wonderful week!

Great view of the beach

The unit was clean and roomy, and we really enjoyed our stay. We loved the king bed, tv’s and the open kitchen. However, the sofa bed needs a new mattress and there was no hair dryer.
