Just steps to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this one-level layout features a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and bedroom (with a private half bathroom of its own). Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 2 flat-screen TVs (including 50' flat-screen in living room), 2 Blu-rays, Wifi. Notes: This Sea Colony vacation rental features carpet in bedroom only. Remainder of condo is tiled.

Delaware regulations require all guests to sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

We have stayed in this apartment seven times, and plan to return in the future. The location is ideal and the apartment is furnished with all necessities. it is a delightful getaway for the two of us, and we look forward each year to returning.

We did swimming, long walks along the beach, bike rides, cooked some meals in (the kitchen was well equipped) and went out for others. One day of rain means we hit the Rehobeth outlets.

Great location and perfect mini-stay

Overall the condo was a perfect size for our family of 4. We love Sea Colony and the location of their pools, tennis courts and most importantly the beach. Our only complaint is that they need a different cleaning service as our bathrooms still had sand in the sink and overall cleaning was not thorough, especially floors and behind the sofa bed.

Perfect little condo

The place was exactly as advertised, no surprises for us! The parking spot is under the building close to the elevator that is right next to the unit so it was very convenient. The kitchen had all the tools we needed to cook and eat, there were towels in the bathrooms, and the beds had linens. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the beach and pools were close.

Loved location and view from fairly private balcony. Mattress and sofa very worn. No vent in bathroom makes for a steamy shower. Clean and well stocked.

Beachfront Condo

Sea Colony is a great place to stay. It is a great community with a lot to offer. We have two young kids and they love being right on the beach, all the pools, and activities within Sea Colony. This condo was nice and had everything we needed. I loved that there was a washer and dryer right in the unit. I really appreciated that the linens were provided. It was a good size for the 4 of us, it probably would be a little cramped if my kids were older but we also didn’t spend much time indoors because there was so much to do.

Upon arrival, I had to empty a completely full dishwasher. Also, The refrigerator did not cool down for about 24hrs. The comforter could probably use a good cleaning or be replaced. The view was great & the resort is quiet yet family friendly. Overall, a great condo that we would book again.

Great location by the beach. Slight angle looking toward the north side of the private beach. Condo is the second unit from the elevator. Reserved parking spot is about halfway inside the parking garage. The unit does need some minor repairs such as the stovetop only has half the burners working, some of the blind slats are missing to the balcony, and the boards under the kitchen counters are not attached. Overall a nice condo to rent.

Ok, but a few issues

fridge was leaking (badly enough I had to wad a towel up against it at night and it would be saturated by morning) large congregations of gnats in the corners of the room and in the kitchen which has an extremely low ceiling and I'm not a tall person.

I would have been 3.5 for the Home but Vacasa's doesn't care!

The room and stay was ok but I am disappointed with the service (or lack thereof) provided by Vacasa during our recent vacation. One of the main reasons we chose this property was the advertised spa amenities, which were a big part of our vacation plans and what we paid for. Unfortunately, for us the spa was closed the entirety of our stay due to maintenance issues — issues that should have been communicated in advance. What’s disapointing is the lack of accountability and Vacasa's customer support. Vacasa's response was: “Sorry, but we can’t help that.” No effort was made to offer any small compensation or even notify us ahead of time that key amenities wouldn’t be available. It’s unacceptable to charge for features when its out of order (closed) and then brush it off as not their problem. Its not like your looking for all your money back but have some small consideration for the customer and make them feel like you care and want to help when they paid for a service. Vacasa’s manager handling the situation showed zero concern for my guest experience. Now I have second thoughts about booking with them again, and I’d advise others to be cautious — especially if you're counting on certain amenities being available during your stay.

Great balcony furniture, great views. There are many small things that needed to be fix. Bedroom closet rod to hang up clothes was broken, sofa needed to be replaced. several outlets broken, and the overall cleaning was fair, ex , front four windows only 2 were clean and only partially. Lack of storage , no front hooks or mat for damp clothing and sandles .

Good short stay Sea Colony condo

Enjoyed our time Labor Day weekend at this condo. Excellent location, good view, super efficient. Main negative is condo needs more comfortable mattresses for both the king bed and sofa bed.

Sea Colony 1st Trip

This was a Surprise Birthday Trip for my wife. The accommodations were fine - just a little “tired”. I had specifically asked for “unobstructed views” and guess these were technically unobstructed but we wished we hadn’t been looking at the roofs of the lower Sea Colony buildings. However, we loved staying Oceanside at Sea Colony, we loved Bethany Beach, we loved the location of Sea Colony and it’s proximity to the Boardwalk area and we found the cabana boys to be extremely friendly and helpful. We plan to be back!

Great Stay!

This condo was exactly as pictured; nothing fancy or elaborate, but functional and practical. It was clean and stocked with any essential items we needed. We booked this for a short, last-minute, beach trip. The location was fantastic and perfect a family with young kids. Would definitely recommend the Sea Colony complex for anyone looking for a Bethany Beach getaway.

Wonderful place!

The condo was clean, there were nice amenities throughout such as Kleenex, napkins, tp, paper towels etc. The kitchen was well appointed and there were plenty of linens. A previous renter made a remark about it needing to be updated but everything looked new-ish to me. Maybe they just weren't familiar with Traditional furnishings.

Clean condo in great location

This is a nice-sized 1 bedroom condo with all the basics. The beautiful sunrise view each morning, ocean views and proximity to beach and downtown Bethany counter-balanced the condo condition. The bathroom ceiling and closet rack need repair. Not sure I'd stay here again but will stay at an updated property in Sea Colony. The check-in process with Vacasa was easy!
