Hillside Drive is a coveted neighborhood close to the town of Ketchum and Sun Valley, plus Bald Mountain Ski Resort. A world class mountain. This newly remodeled home feels unassuming yet inviting. It's simplicity in white and grey tones feels contemporary and invokes relaxation and calm. It truly feels like home in it's comforts and amenities. The location puts you in a central part of Warm Springs - a mile from the ski hill and a mile from town. Access these on a bus or bike. The bike path and trail system are down the street.

Sun valley summer

The location was great and the house was perfect for our family. The photos don’t do the house justice. It is bright and comfortable with room to spread out. Good outdoor space and the hot tub was a bonus.

Lovely modern home

This is a lovely home in a wonderful location in Ketchum as it is1 block from numerous hiking trails and 1 block from the bike and walking path. Easy drive to downtown. Caroline, the manger was so helpful and very responsive! The home is very comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. The hot tub was clean, nice and hot for those aching muscles after a day of hiking and biking! We would stay here again!

Great Location for a Ski Vacation

We spent a fabulous two weeks at this clean and spacious home. The house, located in a quiet neighborhood, is just minutes from the Warm Springs parking lot. After a day of skiing we enjoyed the hot tub almost every night. Carol was quick to respond to any questions we had. If you are looking for the ideal place to stay to ski Sun Valley, this is it.

Amazing stay in Warm Springs, Ketchum

This was our 8th summer staying in Ketchum and this has been our favorite property to stay in. We love the quiet neighborhood but still very close to mountain biking and hiking trails, free bus and bike trail into town. Plenty of room for our family of 4 and we had another family of 4 stay with us for part of it and still had plenty of room. The house has everything you could possibly need. We loved the hot tub and fireplace for those cool nights and mornings. Great home office for fitting in some work when needed. We just arrived back home and we are already looking forward to our stay here next summer.

Fantastic stay in Ketchum!

Our family of five had the most wonderful stay at this home. The location is perfect, near some of the best trails but close to town as well- the bike path is a block away and leads straight to town. The home itself is well-appointed, and larger than we expected. It has two huge bedrooms upstairs, two more bedrooms in the basement, and a daybed in the office on the main floor. We worked remotely from the house and the wifi was dependable. The kitchen was well stocked when we arrived and we made use of the board games as well. We were able to eat dinner outside on the patio almost every evening and loved the hot tub. We look forward to returning in the future!

Spring Skiing!

The property was perfect for our family of 5. Location was great with amazing views of a mountain with an Elk herd. The house was very clean and it had everything we needed. Sun Valley has amazing spring skiing!
