Situé au centre-ville de Ketchum, ce condo 2005 est à côté de salles de cinéma et dans un bloc de certains des restaurants les plus connus de Ketchum. Il est à distance de marche des épiceries, des magasins, des cafés et le noyau du centre-ville. Avec 4 chambres, 5 salles de bains, deux espaces de vie, un bas étage et un garage de stationnement, il est une belle, espace paisible où passer des jours et des nuits de neige ou de l'utiliser comme un point de départ pour les aventures d'été. Un mile au River Run Day Lodge au bas de Baldy et moins que si la marche, le condo est idéalement situé pour un accès facile aux sentiers de vélo, ski de fond, ski alpin et la randonnée.

This is truly a wonderful home. It is immaculate and well appointed. The location is excellent. No need for a car. You are two short blocks from the shuttle bus and the bus is 3 stops/5 min to the mountain. You can walk to everything in town as all the restaurants are within 5-8min. The host couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating and it feels like she has shared her home as opposed to rented you a condo. It truly exceeded expectations which is something that you don’t often say about most things.

Family Ski Vacation

Fantastic condo in Ketchum

This condo is perfect. 2 blocks from the shuttle to River Run Lodge and walking distance to everything in town. Very well stocked! A must stay if you are in the area.

Wonderful Location!

Sun Valley stay

We had a great stay, we came for the World Cup Final ski event and it was fantastic. The location of the house was perfect and we all felt that we had plenty of space to have our own space. The kitchen was completely stocked, which was appreciated. We will definitely return!

Perfect home in a perfect location!

I highly recommend this property if you are visiting Sun Valley. Walkable to everything in town and a very comfortable home. I highly recommend this rental.

Amazing Stay

We had an amazing stay. The photos don’t do this property justice. Great location, super clean, cozy and it had everything we needed. Pam was very responsive and a great host. We will definitely book this property again.

Loved our stay

We spent 2 fantastic weeks at Pam's lovely home. The condo is ideally located for all the outdoor things to do in the area but is also immaculate and comfortable for recovery days just hanging around indoors. We loved it.

Home was amazing. Perfect location to walk every where. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking a big breakfast or family dinners. All rooms where comfortable and well appointed. Would stay again and strongly recommend. Sun Valley Boys

Perfect Week in Ketchum

This house was in a perfect location for our family’s stay in Ketchum. The home was perfect. It was clean well stocked and everyone had plenty of space. The homeowner was very easy to reach if we had any questions. We will definitely rent this property again.

Perfect condo

Ideal layout for families it several couples. 2 living areas allow kids to play games or watch TV in one area and others cook and socialize. Beautifully decorated and walking to skiing or restaurants. Great owner

Lovely spacious condo; perfect in-town location

This is a spacious, immaculate, quiet and beautifully furnished property; it easily accommodated eight of us. The location is excellent — across the street from the Forest Service Park, and an easy walk to any place in Ketchum. The owner was very responsive . Highly recommended.

Great condo and location

This condo is in a great spot in the middle of town. So everything is very walkable. The town bus is a couple blocks away as well. The unit is very spacious and has an extra living area downstairs to accommodate large groups. Pam is very nice and responsive with inquiries. We would highly recommend this place.

Lovely Home

Spent a week in this lovely home. Great location - walking distance to all the best shopping and restaurants. 3 minutes to river run lodge. Home well appointed with books, videos, inviting furnishings and everything you could want in the kitchen. Big windows, lots of sunlight and beautiful views. Will definitley be back.

Awesome space for Families!

I never write reviews but Pam's place was so great for my wife and I and our 3 kids and their spouses. it was fully equipped with everything we needed and the location was great. We also had our almost 18 month old grandchild and she even provided a makeshift high chair and porta crib. We attended the film festival in addition to skiing and it was a two block walk. I would highly recommend staying here. We plan to come back next year!

My three children grew up in this special valley; and now that they have moved on with their lives, we have an opportunity to share our space with others.
