Juste rénové A-frame Maison En Warm Springs avec une touche italienne.

Vous avez la possibilité de louer un chalet de charme A-cadre. Il a été entièrement rénové avec plancher de bois franc dans le salon et salle à manger, planchers chauffants dans les salles de bains et de cuisine, cuisinière à gaz.

La maison est sur trois niveaux. Le premier étage a la cuisine et salle à manger, une salle d'eau, et la chambre principale avec une salle de bain complète. La cuisine est équipée d'une cuisinière à gaz, deux fours, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur avec machine à glaçons, lave-vaisselle, machine à expresso, ustensiles de cuisine, des assiettes et des verres pour huit. La chambre principale a un lit king size, dressing et une salle de bains avec bidet et baignoire à jets.

Le deuxième étage a un grand salon, deux chambres et une salle de bain complète. Le salon a la structure en double hauteur plafond, thermostat contrôlé foyer au gaz, un mur de fenêtres et d'un balcon donnant sur les arbres sur le côté du mont Baldy, un bar, et accès à la plate-forme avec le bain à remous. La première chambre a 2 lits jumeaux et un accès direct à la plate-forme tandis que la deuxième chambre a un lit queen. La salle de bain a un bidet et une grande douche à vapeur.

Enfin, le loft a une chambre avec lit queen et une salle de bains avec douche.

The best!

We love this house. This was our third year staying at the house with a group of friends. The house is comfortable and spacious. It is well stocked and the hot tub is clean and functioning. The owners are easy to work with and quick to respond. Thanks for another great visit.

We had to fix fireplace Hot tub not so hot. Only went to 94 degrees. No cookie sheets No towels or hooks in ML Powder Bath. Ice maker broken, but they brought us ice. This was nice of them. Better / bigger rug at front door for wet boots would be good. Location super. All else good.

Beautiful house, spacious rooms, great bathrooms, nice kitchen and wares. We enjoyed it very much. It needs ceiling fans in the attic and in the living room. Needs 3 baby gates at the stairs for families with children. The shades for the patio door should be vertical blinds. The ones they have are horizontal shades and are broken. It needs a heat exhaust in the kitchen. A canopy over the deck would be nice to be able to seat and relax there. We loved the location, closed to every thing.

Great stay after skiing

We loved our stay at Warm Springs. We only spent a long weekend here but could have comfortably stayed for much longer. The house and hot tub were a wonderful resting place after a day of skiing. It is only a short drive from the ski hill and was easy to get to. We appreciated lots of hanging space for damp ski gear. There 8 of us and we had plenty of space to eat and hang out. We would stay again!

Great location for family ski vacation

Having a hot tub was perfect for after a day of skiing. Our married daughter stayed in the loft area which was great. Plenty of room for the rest of the young adult and teenage children.

Birthday get away

This property was perfect for our group. The 3 levels worked great for the 3 different families we had and allowed for each group to have privacy. Loved how many bathrooms there were and the hot tub was a hit. Close to downtown ketchum and easy to find. Owners responded quickly each time I communicated with them. We wouos rent this property again!

Property management is slow to respond. We had no Hot tub key and no help getting into the tub. Hot tub humming throughout the house all night so bring your earbuds. spent two hours on the phone with Vrbo just trying to get a key to the hot tub.

The layout of the property was amazing for a big group. Everyone had a shared room and would meet down stairs in the kitchen area. Place was awesome and worked well for us.

Mostly Good

Had a great week in SV. The house has an awkward layout, but once you get used to it works well. Kitchen and dining room area were superb. The kitchen had just about anything you’d want. Modern and well laid out. Beds were very comfortable. The Baths were very nice, a group of 8 ran out of hot water while taking showers after skiing, but that happens. Living room is smaller than appears in photos, but comfy. The hot tub was mostly working, but some of the jets weren’t working. The house only has one TV, but no one comes to SV to watch TV. Just a heads up. Location was convenient. But, not ideal for the shuttle stops. The shuttle stops are just off the property, but scaling a hill to the road was a challenge for kids with gear. Communication with the owner before and after booking proved to be fruitless. Multiple emails went unanswered. The local individual that maintains the house was VERY responsive. It was a terrific stay

The house was nice overall, the only thing I wish I would have been told is the house has ZERO AC. This is the middle of the summer so outside was about 93 degrees so you can only imagine how hot the house was. The fans that were in the house did not help even the slightest. For as newly renovated the house looked and felt, there definitely needs to be air conditioning. The owner also would reply to every message of mine but not to the one asking about how to turn on the AC. I had to ask the maid and she was the one who told me...

We got this house for a sibling weekend reunion and we all loved staying here. It was close enough to town for convenience and far enough out for privacy. Great little neighborhood. very comfortable for all of us and more then enough room.

We had a group of friends meet up for my husbands 30th birthday here. The place was beautiful and close to the mountain and downtown. Great rooms and bathrooms and kitchen space for a big group! The cons were the hot tub wasn’t working and the host never got back to us on how to get it to work or if it was just broken. Also, it took some searching to find the Wi-Fi password. Some bricks from the fireplace kept falling out while we were staying there as well. All in all it was a beautiful house and we would stay there again

The house was wonderful, great kitchen with right cooking utensils. Hot tub did not work!

Could highly recommend, except the hot tub did not work and that is one of the main reasons we booked this house. Very disappointing. Otherwise, the house itself was excellent.

PERFECT!!

My husband and I stayed at this house with his parents and our children (5 and 8) while we were in town for a wedding. We weren't at the house much - eat, change clothes and sleep, but the accommodations were perfect for us!

Perfect House for a large family

We came to Ketchum for a wedding in June and this house was perfect. The location was wonderful for all the events and the house fit our family perfectly. The Master is located downstairs, where the kitchen and large dining room table are. There are 2 bedrooms on the second level, one with a queen bed and one room with 2 twin beds. These bedroom share a wonderful bathroom with a fabulous shower that has an overhead spray and is so big and roomy! We LOVED it. The fireplace and den are also on this level with a wet bar and wine refrig! The 3rd floor has a spiral staircase leading up to a sitting area, a bathroom and another bedroom with a queen bed. The laundry is located in the garage. Out on the deck was the hot tub and seating for enjoying the beautiful view of Bald Mountain. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could ask for and all high end appliances including an espresso machine and coffee maker. This house was one of the best finds on VRBO I have ver rented. Thnak you so much for a wonderful stay and sharing your beautiful home!

Hi, we are Massimiliano and Elettra, twins, grown up in Italy where we used to ski on the Alps. Almost twenty years ago we moved to the United States. Massimiliano lives in San Diego California with his wife and two daughters and Elettra lives in Tempe, Arizona with her husband and her son. Elettra is a lawyer and Massimiliano just graduated from his Phd in computer science. When we miss the 4 seasons we grow up with in Italy we come to Idaho. We fell in love with Sun Valley the first time we came here. It resembles a lot the Alps, the mountains where we grow up skiing all our lives. The atmosphere of the village is magic.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We came to Sun Valley several times to ski and visit some friends that were living there. We loved the place so much that we finally decided to get a property out there. When we saw this house, we fell in love with it. It was old and beaten up but we loved its cozy look and its position. We remodeled it completely and made it our favorite retreat. We wanted a cozy and comfortable house where we can spend our vacation time. Being Italian we gave an Italian/ European touch to the house.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The house is close to the bus stop that let you quickly get to Warm Springs ski lodge or to Ketchum down town. Thus shuttle runs all day all year around and it is free. The house is in a nice and quite neighborhood and it has a lot of privacy. This A frame is just lovely, it reminds us a lot of the houses in the Tyrol.
