Blocks to town, wineries & tons of fun!

Two exceptional homes joined by a fabulous courtyard, just five blocks from downtown Paso’s fabulous restaurants and tasting rooms.

After a day of wine and spirit tasting or exploring the beautiful central coast, you'll find plenty to do or places to relax. A pool table, putting green, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a fire pit, restful hammock, ping pong, and foosball tables as well as corn hole boards. Or, enjoy a glass or two of wine in your private hot tub. What's not to enjoy??

The Vine Street house features two bedrooms, a modern bathroom, a spacious living room, and a fully equipped kitchen as well as a large dining table, pool table, and a laundry room. Glass French doors lead you out onto the courtyard where you will find plenty of seating, a 3-hole putting green, BBQ, fire table, hammock, and hot tub. Oh, but there’s more…..

The “back house” is two stories and has a modern fully equipped open concept kitchen that looks out to the living room which features a gas fireplace. There is a quarter bath downstairs.

The garage has been turned into an awesome game room with foosball and ping pong tables, a dart board as well as corn hole boards and bags. Oh, and an additional washer and dryer.

Upstairs, you’ll find a large master suite with walk-in closets and a spacious shower. The other two bedrooms share a full bath.

A fantastic property for family and friends to gather that will keep you occupied or provide ample spaces and opportunities for relaxation.

We had an amazing stay at this property - it is perfect for larger groups who want to be within walking distance to downtown Paso Robles and also enjoy outside spaces like the backyard in the evenings. We found the space to be very comfortable and as described. Our hosts were responsive and did a great job anticipating what is needed in a vacation home.

Great stay at great location

We had a great stay with family and friends. The location worked perfectly: walking distance to the town square and even closer to additional restaurants and breakfast spots. Communication from our hosts was excellent and the property had everything we needed and more. Our families enjoyed the many games at the property and just being able to be together. Again, great stay.

Wonderful stay for a group

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Clean, comfortable beds, everyone enjoyed the games/activities (foosball, pool, hot tub, etc.). Kitchen was very well stocked and made preparing our Thanksgiving meal easy. Short walk into town. This property was the perfect layout for our group!

Wedding weekend!

We went up for a wedding and stayed at the property. It was very welcoming and comfortable. All the activities in the house were so fun and kept us entertained! Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others to stay here! Thanks for sharing your home with us!!

Very nice and clean

Two houses, with joining courtyard. Fun for families with pool table, ping pong, and other activities. Only negative was two kitchens, one very full of dishes etc. the other very empty we had to keep going back and forth. Both houses very clean. Smaller house could use new couch (very old) . Spent most time in larger home.

Cozy stay in Paso Robles

This property is a cozy 2 home setup connected by a courtyard. Everything was as advertised and we loved the home. Only the rains played spoilsport during our stay and we could have enjoyed the homes more if there were no rains. The home on Vine Street is not very updated, but the home on the back is very well updated and that's where we spent all our time. Our family had a lot of fun with the games, hot tub and chilling out in front of the TV and fireplace. We would love to visit again.

Best location for walking around.

We had a very pleasant stay. We rent many houses and by far we were impressed by the attention to details! We have never been provided coffee and that was a nice touch. Plenty of paper products, too.

The property was in a great location and the homes had the luxury of being in your own home and great amenities. The property owners were very responsive and checked in on us to ensure we were doing well. I would definitely return back and recommend to everyone.

Great House and Location

We used this house as a staging area for a birthday celebration and found it ideal. The two house set up had plenty of rooms, common space and fun things to do. The location is ideal both to walk to downtown Paso and as a kick off for going to local wineries. Highly recommend.

This is a great place for multiple families. The two houses and a great patio area are perfect for vacationing with friends and families. Lots of games for teens and places to relax or gather together. Very comfortable!

Great place to hang out with a large group. Spent every night on the patio. Plenty of space for a large group or family. Kitchen in the main house was large and had everything we needed! Close walking distance to main area of Paso. Great location!

Great Location

Tom and Lisa's house is very comfortable and located just a few blocks from the town square with many restaurants. It was a great place for a family gathering to attend our son's graduation at San Luis Obispo. House has tons of amenities to keep kids and adults entertained. The beds are very comfortable and kitchens are well stocked with cooking tools. Tom and Lisa were easy to contact and responded quickly. We would rent again for sure.

Perfect Location for Paso

The property was stocked and ready for our work group that came to visit several wineries in Paso. Our group thoroughly enjoyed the amenities and we’ve shared the great experience with several of our counterparts. We loved Paso and can’t wait to return. Bonus being within walking distance of several restaurants!

Perfect house!

We were so happy with the location of Tom and Lisa’s house. The house was fully stocked and our family enjoyed ping pong, the pool table and the hot tub. The town center is adorable with nice shops and restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful place to celebrate Christmas with family.

Fantastic location & amenities

My friends and I have stayed at rental properties in Paso for years, and this was by far the best combination of location and amenities we've found. Lisa and Tom were very responsive and accommodated our early arrival. The property was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Being able to walk into town for dinners and nighttime activities was key, after driving around all day to visit wineries and the coast. Highly recommended, and I hope to stay there again!

Beautiful place with 5 bedrooms

Four friends and I have an annual trip to Paso Robles and this place solves the “shared room” problem in style. The property is clean and well maintained/stocked. We got to play a couple of the different games and it really added to the trip. The location near downtown Paso gave us tons of food options and easy access to get around town. I would definetly book this place again.

Two families, the Gilbert's (John and Becky) and the Keelans (Tom and Lisa) purchased this property with the goal and intention of providing a retreat wherein families and friends alike could enjoy Paso Robles, and all the surrounding areas as much as we do.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We have traveled quite a bit and know how fun it is to gather, play and laugh with our large group, but also having the pleasure of enjoying individual/quiet spots. This property offered just that AND has a fantastic location, just blocks to downtown Paso.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Two houses, one property, the possibilities for fun and relaxation are limitless. Games, pool, ping pong, two kitchens, seating and dining galore, hot tub, putting green, there is so much to do at the property. Or, walk a few short blocks and enjoy all that downtown has to offer, wine tasting, delicious restaurants, shopping, the Park, movies, etc. A short drive to many great wineries...just make sure you plan to stay long enough to enjoy them all!!
