Great spot for family holiday gathering

We really enjoyed the place, it was roomy and set up well for a large family gathering for Thanksgiving. Kitchen+family room layout was super. The cul-de-sac was fun for kids and the view was beautiful.

Five+ Stars for this wonderful home

This property is wonderful and I would enjoy staying here again. Stayed here for our annual girls trip and we all agreed it was a fantastic VRBO. House was large with lots of open space for a group. Bedrooms were large with very comfortable beds. Kitchen was well stocked, spacious. House was very very clean. Outdoor space was also very large with beautiful views. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Easy to order ubers to wineries and downtown. Property manager communicated well with good detail. Check out was easy and hassle free.

Beautiful and well-equipped

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a modern, nicely designed/decorated home in a quiet neighborhood, a short drive to downtown. Kitchen was very well equipped. Due to the hot weather, we didn't get to use the deck.Our original booking was cancelled by the owner who took it off the rental, so this was not first choice. We needed single level.Disappointing for us was the downstairs master (and only one with a king bed suite) has a great bathroom and large bedroom, but misleading photos showed a large walk-in closet; however, it is locked off. The agency was unaware of this when they described it to us. We were on a 21-day trip with a lot of clothing/stuff, celebrating a milestone wedding anniversary, and had to use a free standing rack in the bedroom that made for a messy cluttered room.

Fair Weekend

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is beautiful and a great locations. But we had several problems during our stay. The refrigerator did not maintain a low temperature, we had to replace batteries in a fan remote, the air conditioning turned off at night so it was too hot for any of us to sleep even though we requested it be repaired and the battery replaced, washer had a terrible smell. Other minor maintenance issues were weeds along the side of the house and kitchen sink faucet was loose. All just maintenance issues that need to be addressed.

Have stayed multiple times in Paso and this house and location are exceptional. Furnishings and amenities were very comfortable and exactly what four friends needed for a getaway. Will definitely stay again.

met all our needs and some!

We were in PR for a wedding and stayed at the Paso Dream for 4 nights (1 couple stayed 2 nights). It was a great location close to the venue and center of town. Plenty of space for 8 adults who get along well. 2 couples had to share a bathroom and 2 of the 3 bathrooms are small. The primary bath is very big and lovely. Really appreciated the 2 car garage and well-stocked and spacious kitchen. We all agreed we would stay here again.

Beautiful house

This is a very beautiful home. All of the amenities and decor are modern and clean. They even had toys for the kids. The outdoor deck was perfect for hanging out with your group. Check in and check out instructions were clear. It was an excellent experience all around. Would definitely stay there again.

Beds are comfortable, house is well appointed. The house doesn’t have a hot tub as pictured. The landscaping is terrible, it’s all dead. The neighbor is obnoxious.

This is a nice home. The lighting is very poor and the storage for all but master is poor

We had a great time and the overall home is lovely. As mentioned, the lighting in the house is very poor and the places to put your clothes in at least two of the four rooms is not good. No dressers or closet available to hand clothes. A few fixes and this is a five star location and house.

Great place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our group of seven adults rented this home. Two of the adults could not use stairs easily, so the two bedrooms and two bathrooms downstairs along with all the common areas was a great layout for us. The home was clean, well equipped, and the furnishings were high end. Very, very comfortable, especially for group socializing with the open floor plan downstairs. Clean with good showers/baths, comfortable beds, a wonderful fireplace, and plenty of parking. Five minutes by car to downtown and in a lovely neighborhood. Love the interactive check in/info board. This is my second rental with this company and I can see their management touches, ensuring quality in their homes. As a bonus, I saved money over renting the same home via Airbnb. Highly recommend this home and this rental company! The only thing our group would recommend is changing the light out over the dining room table. It is an artistic fixture, but radiates very little light. We ended up bringing in lamps from other rooms to illuminate the area.

Getaway Weekend!

The house was GREAT for 4 ladies! From cleanliness, organized, layout was perfect, spacious, good location, to all the nice finishes in the house. The house is about a 5-7min Uber ride to the quaint downtown area and there are wineries as close as 10-15mins of the house. It was too cold for us but the house has a nice yard too so I can see how it would be nice in the warmer months to bbq and enjoy the outside. Overall the house had everything we needed and it was a perfect house to relax in.
