Explorez toute la journée et rentrez dans cette grande maison hacienda californienne carrelée en espagnol et dotée d'une cuisine gastronomique conçue pour réunir un groupe et cuisiner ensemble. Îlot de 10 pieds, grande salle familiale avec une table à manger surdimensionnée. Grand salon avec amplement d'espace pour profiter d'une bonne conversation. Avec 4 chambres à coucher complètes pour accueillir 8 et une alcôve confortable supplémentaire avec des lits superposés parfait pour les célibataires ou les enfants.
BBQ / piscine est prête pour les invités à s'asseoir sous des étoiles sans fin et passer la soirée. Réveillez-vous le matin au son des poules des voisins et des cerfs qui serpentent dans la cour avant, et aux vieux vergers d'amandiers de Paso Robles. Si vous voulez le centre-ville, vous pouvez prendre un tronçon de vos jambes les 3/4 miles de la place du centre-ville de Park City. Toute cette maison est manquante, c'est toi. Merry Hill Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The air conditioning malfunctioned throughout the stay, temperature reached 82 degrees inside the house.A sliding glass door to the outside was not lockable, creating a security issue. Owner non responsive.

Friend and family getaway

Spent an extended weekend with friends and family. Beautiful house with all the amenities you would need. We fully enjoyed the game room and outdoor living space. Highly recommend if you are traveling with a group.

Horseback Riding Team trip

We came from the Portola Valley for an event at the Paso Robles Horse Park. Our group consisted of one team coach, two moms, a grandmom and three team members aged 17, 16 and 14. Paso Pumpkins is a great competition that we come to every year. As usual the girls did well and had a great time! There's even a competition where they compete in costume along with their horses! The house was perfect for our weekend stay! There was every amenity needed, especially in the kitchen. We enjoyed the comfy beds, relaxing couch and wonderful backyard. Our coach especially loved the warm and inviting swimming pool. The house was only 14 minutes away from the horse park, so the location was extremely convenient! We will definitely be back to this lovely home!

We had a great time at this property. The house was very clean and had plenty of space for our group of two families. The pool was excellent and very clean. We appreciated the secured gates around it to prevent children from accessing it without an adult. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Great base camp for a full weekend

Overall this was an excellent property with plenty of room, privacy, and parking. Deer spotting throughout the day and good stargazing at night. We rented this house as a base for Distillery Trail Weekend (Aug 8-11, 2024). Our party consisted of 7 adults, 2 cars. Bedrooms were clean and spare. I used my rolling luggage as a nightstand and my phone flashlight to get around in the dark. Our bed was uncomfortable, and it felt like we were in danger of rolling off all night. Serviceable, but room for improvement. The bathrooms were clean and well appointed with plenty of towels. En suite is larger and more handicap accessible than the other 2. The kitchen is huge with plenty of counter space. The stove functions well, the vent functions ok. The oven is slow, use the fan + light to help get it lit. No crock pot present, but there is a kitchenaid 6qt stand mixer. If you are a cook, bring your knife kit and specialty items, maybe a good egg pan. No measuring spoons found. Could use more silverware and serving utensils. Full size fridge & freezer were great. Sunroom was unusable; too hot and a strong plastic smell, maybe better in winter. The pool was perfect; very clean and great for hot days and warm nights. Plenty of towels and outdoor seating. 1 intertube. We couldn't find controls for outdoor lights, and couldn't add water. Close to town and highways, Trader Joe's 10 minutes south in Templeton, Target too. 40 minutes to SLO costco. Would definitely rent this one again.

We certainly will use Paso Robles Vacation Rentals again for out next visit.Every detail of this home is designed to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay. Nice property for small or large group

The house was set up well for our party of 8. The layout of kitchen and dinning room is spacious and easy to maneuver around in. The kitchen was well stocked for a rental which was a nice surprise since we all love to cook. The bedrooms are spacious but my suggestion would be to have some place to put your clothes. A small dresser or cubby in 3 of the 4 rooms is necessary or a lot more hangers. Also, the ice maker didn't work which was slightly inconvenient. Overall this is a great property and the check in and check out process was easy and efficient.

Family and friends

We go to Paso Robles every year for a Wildland firefighter fundraiser. This year we booked this house and had a wonderful stay. The kitchen was big and allowed us to cook home made meals to have dinner with the family. The rooms were big and had comfortable pillows. Easy access to the pool with a gate around it, which gave us a feel for security for the kids to stay out of it. Overall it was a great house.

Paso Stay

Beautiful, clean and well located Paso home. House was clean, well stocked and extremely comfortable. Nice size rooms and large open layout. Accommodated our group of 4 couples perfectly. Nice big kitchen and plenty of room to hang out and socialize. Walking distance to downtown Paso but a little hill to tackle on the way back home. Would definitely stay again.

Paradise in wine country!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed here with my husband and a few friends for a weekend and our only regret was that we didn't stay longer. The property is very spacious with so many different common areas and a lot of outdoor space. The hot tub was such a treat as the evenings and mornings were a bit chilly. We appreciated that the house was walking distance to downtown but still very quiet at night. The house had everything we needed (toiletries, plenty of bath & pool towels, Keurig, kitchen supplies, etc.). Check-in was very easy and appreciated the call from the property managers prior to our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had some issues with the rental company prior to checking in, but I won’t use that against this review. Sandy tried her very best to fix their mistakes. So yes, this is a beautiful house. The kitchen is absolutely stunning. The photos don’t do it justice. The house is “walkable”. It’s 20 minutes into town with a hill. Ladies - not fun in heels - you may want to plan Ubers/Lyfts. Half our group was fine with the walk and the other half opted for a ride. The hot tub was warm, not hot. We could not get it higher than 93. Which is like a bath temp, not a hot tub temp. I think there might be a governor on it. We are a capable group and moved the temperature higher, but it never got higher than 93. We used it the last night we were there, so didn’t bother calling the rental company - so you might want to check this before you plan to use it so it can be addressed and not put a damper on your stay. The house was spotless. Very clean. The neighbors are quiet aside from the chickens from time to time. The sun room has a funky smell to it. We did not use it. Check in and out was easy! I’m sure a summer time stay would be lovely here. The decks and pool look like a lot of fun.

Perfect for Our Group

This house is conveniently located - about a mile walk to downtown. There is plenty of parking and each of the common rooms has plenty of seating for a large group. Four bedrooms (2Q & 2K) accommodated our group of 8 comfortably. Two small downsides - two of the bathrooms don't any counter space for toiletries and there was not a table/lamp next to each side of the bed. (Each room was different - some had one bedside table, some had a bedside lamp.) The kitchen has a large freezer/refrigerator and was well-equipped. The only thing we found lacking were drinking/wine glasses suitable for outdoor use, so you will want to bring your own. The property does have wildlife, specifically deer. We did have a few small issues during our visit and the property manager was easy to contact and responsive. Overall, we enjoyed the property - it was clean, comfortable and easy to check-in/out and work with property manager.
