Relaxing one-bedroom beach getaway awaits vacationers at Grand Caribbean in Orange Beach. The 3rd floor condo sleeps six.

· Living area features queen sleeper sofa, flatscreen television and balcony access.

· Fully stocked kitchen, dining room table with seating for four and seating for two at the breakfast bar.

· Master bedroom has a Queen-size bed and flatscreen television

· Hall bathroom has shower/tub combo

· Child-size bunk beds are nestled off the hallway.

· Full-size washer and dryer conveniently located in condo.

· WiFi and cable available.

· Third-floor balcony has view of the Gulf across beach road to the south and Cotton Bayou to the east. A table and four chair are ready for some relaxation.

Grand Caribbean offer an outdoor pool and grilling area. It’s approximately 7 miles east of Highway 59.

Safety concerns

The railing on the deck was very unsafe, not secured to the decking which caused the rail to move a lot. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was broken and in a bathroom drawer. The couch had a large rip in the arm. Parking costs 50 to park in the designated parking lot, which is not mentioned on the VRBO listing. The internet was not working and was advised by the Brett Robinson group to call the internet provider.

Closed to the beach

This place is good for few day stays. It is near the beach and stores. The balcony offers good view. It can be noisy because of busy traffic.

Clean

Condo was clean with no issues. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets. Full size fridge & freezer with ice maker. Complex has a great clean pool. Road noise from the state highway just off the balcony was never ending, but there is nothing anyone can do about that. You do have to cross 8 lanes of traffic on the highway to get to the beach, there is a cross walk nearby.

Condo was nice, clean and in a good location. The sliding glass door to the balcony sticks and is hard to open.

Summer fun

The only thing I really had a problem with was on the balcony you have no privacy because your neighbors can see you and you can see them . I think that part should be private .
