Un condo rénové avec petite vue sur l'eau de Wolf Bay depuis le patio. Jetée pour la pêche, amarrer votre bateau, regarder les magnifiques lever / coucher de soleil et observer les dauphins. Complexe a une piscine qui est sur Wolf Bay et une zone de cuisson. L'image avec la jetée est la fin du complexe - mon unité se trouve un peu en retrait de l'eau.

Un mile et demi à la belle sable blanc du golfe du Mexique. Le complexe New Wharf se trouve à proximité. Vous pourrez y assister à des concerts, jouer au golf intérieur et voir des films dans un théâtre RAVE. À distance de marche des magasins ou de la nourriture. Les terrains de golf, les sentiers de randonnée et les pistes cyclables sont également à proximité. La rampe de mise à l'eau se trouve à 400 mètres pour mettre le bateau à l'eau et en sortir.

Was amazing good area for a family pool was warm everyone was very friendly ocean was close and the owner was very sweet. I would stay here again.

Inaccurate listing

Parking was tough, Both toilets do not flush properly, No Toilet Paper, No TV service, front bedroom was hot. No way to secure the front door beyond the combo lock. Dumpster was full for the entire visit.

Great Location!

A short drive from the Gulf with a pool that overlooks the bay! Great location close to all the area has to offer, and maintains a peaceful atmosphere.

me and my boyfriend stayed for a long weekend for a music festival! Great property in a good location. Nice place on the bay also not to far from the public beaches. Lots of food places near by.

We came for the Hank concert and it was very convenient to be on the same road just a few mins away from the wharf, It was a very nice condo. We will for sure stay here again!

Birthday weekend

We stayed for the weekend. The location close to the ward made it convenient to catch a concert and the boat dock worked out good fir our 22’ center console.

Just a few things that weren’t completed in remodel. Should be for the next renter. Good location and fishing off pier was awesome. Quiet area to stay in and walking distance to great restaurants. Owner communicates well with you.

Great place! Great location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The location is perfect. It’s a 3-5 minute drive to the beach, in walking distance to several restaurants, and you are steps away from a gorgeous bay. The kids also enjoyed the swimming pool that was clean and hardly had anyone using it. The room was great for the price. Had extra pillows and blankets if we needed them and all the appliances worked. Couldn’t ask for better at the price we paid. We would gladly stay here again!

Nice and clean!

We had a great week! The condo was very clean. My family loved the pier. The boys caught lots of fish during our stay! Was a close drive to eating, store, and the beach! Would highly recommend this condo. And it was a great price. We saw the cleaning lady a few times and she left extra t.p. And paper towels and the owner was in contact threw our stay as well. Can’t wait to come back!!

Responsive and Flexible

Angie was very communicative and flexible with this listing. My sister and I stayed here to attend the Hangout Festival and she allowed us to check-in early and responded in a reasonable manner. There was a miscommunication between Angie and her cleaning service so the place was not ready when we arrived but Angie immediately refunded the cleaning fee and some more for any inconveniences. The location is near a lot of restaurants and other convenient locations. There is also a cute porch area and access to a dock for boaters. I would stay again!

Not happy with our stay

The location is good so close beach the things I would like be better the door lock didn't work we had a lot problems with it the stove didn't work and the oven didn't work so we had eat out a lot we would have liked cook at condo the dryer would take 2 hours dry small load clothes and on one bed is held up by bricks

Wharf concert getaway

Upon arrival, we discovered that the unit had yet to be cleaned from the previous guest due to a mix-up with the maid. The owner offered a discount of the cleaning fee if we cleaned it ourselves, which we were unable to do because it would mean missing the concert that we were there to see. Fortunately, the unit was cleaned while we were out. We do feel that compensation would have been appreciated do to the stress of not knowing what we were coming back to that first night. Overall, the stay was enjoyable. This is a quiet complex near restaurants and the bay.

Just okay- would not stay again

Pros: detailed directions were sent ahead of time which was very helpful! The location by the bay was very nice, only a 10 minute drive to our favorite beach. The pool was beautiful! The air conditioning was cold, the hot water lasted through 5 showers which was very nice! Cons: when we arrived, the instructions to the condo were followed, but it didn't look like the pictures on the listing, so we called Angela to confirm we were in the correct condo. She said we were, so we unpacked the car and walked to Doc's for supper. After we were seated and had ordered our food, Angela calls us to say we are in the wrong condo and could we go back and move our things downstairs into the correct condo because the people who were supposed to be in that condo arrived to our belongings in their condo. My husband and I left our 3 kids (one being 18) at the restaurant and went to move our belongings, getting back to the restaurant to eat our cold dinner. Angela offered us an additional night free of charge, but we had committments so were not able to stay an additional night. When asked about being refunded for one of the nights we already paid for, she told us she thought that was asking too much for a missed dinner with our kids, so we got nothing for the hassel. Soap scum in the showers, visibly dirty comforters, can feel bed springs in the King bed, nasty pots and pans, dishes were dirty upon arrival. Not worth it- have stayed in much nicer places for less!
