A 10 minute walk down quaint neighborhood roads to beautiful Stony Beach! 10 minute bike to the sandy beaches of Surf Drive. 7 minute walk to Woods Hole Village restaurants. Take an evening stroll/morning bike ride on the Shining Sea Bike Path (0.3 miles to Shining Sea Bike Path).

This home sits on a 1/3 acre lot and is fairly private, set back from the road.

Venture through picturesque trails in nearby bird sanctuaries/gardens, take a ferry to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket. Spend the day in nearby historic Falmouth window shopping, enjoying concerts/farmers markets on the green or just grabbing a bite to eat amongst the wide variety of restaurants from oven baked pizza, to tea room sandwiches, fresh seafood and homemade ice cream.

This is our own family vacation home and we use it for half of the summer - we haven't spared any amenities.

A wonderful escape with the best the Cape has to offer, in a highly modern and comfortable home.

Wonderful Thanksgiving

We loved the property. The upstairs living area was incredible with huge windows so it was a great place to gather together for Thanksgiving. We were out of town invert quiet neighborhood but it was only a short walk down to center of Woods Hole and the ferry terminal and restaurants. Devorah answered texts quickly. And she was flexible in allowing us to check-in early as traffic was not as heavy as we expected so we arrived couple hours early

Woods Hole Stay

Great house and perfect for 3 to 7 day stays. Convenient location and well appointed. Owners seem to have thought of just about everything you need to facilitate an away from home stay. Minimal clean up requirements prior to leaving which we were more than happy to take care of.

Wonderful Falmouth Stay

We had such a lovely time at this Falmouth house. Super close 8 minute walk to Pie In The Sky and all of Woodshole shopping area. The home was clean and spacious. My dad and brothers loved the deck right off the kitchen. It was very helpful that there was a pack-and-play in one of the closets. The master is on the 2nd floor with the kitchen and living room. The other 3 bedrooms are on the ground floor where the main door is off the driveway. The only thing to note is that there is a pretty steep staircase, so if you have elders/seniors it may be difficult for them to be sleeping in one of the downstairs rooms. But the 3 full bathrooms was so great! (1 in master, 2 downstairs). Would certainly recommend to others for a Falmouth family stay!

Beautiful home

Beautiful home in a cute neighborhood. The house was clean, stocked with necessities to make our family beach vacation so easy and seamless. Beds were comfy, plenty of bathrooms, nice deck space. Very close to beaches that were perfect for our two small kiddos. Would definitely return!

Fabulous Accommodations

This home was the perfect for a family vacation! There was room for everyone to spread out and we especially enjoyed the great room. We did lots of cooking and appreciated the well stocked kitchen with lots of pots and pans. You’ll probably find some salt, pepper, and a couple other spices along with coffee filters. The beds and furniture were so comfortable and the house was tastefully renovated. We really enjoyed Stony Beach and the Woods Hole shops and restaurants. All of them in walking distance which is a good thing as parking is at a minimum. We bought the freshest salmon ever at The Clam Man in Falmouth. Another night we ordered lobster from them and they cooked it for us! The grandkids loved playing frisbee in the yard and performed a music show for us on the patio. There are a lot of fun things to do in the area, but since we came from all over our priority was to spend some downtime together. Out of all of the houses we have rented, this is by far our favorite. And to top it all off, Devorah was the perfect host. Always available and wanting to be sure we had everything we needed. You won’t go wrong here!

Stay was perfect for four moms their high school girls getting ready to go off to college just a weekend getaway. Wish the weather was nicer only complaint, but you can’t do anything about the weather - amazing home thank you for allowing us to rent - beds were great too 👍

Smooth and Relaxing

Devorah is an excellent, service-oriented owner who is responsive and delightful to work with. The house sits high on a hill and provides the perfect mix of natural light, privacy, and space, with a layout that brings family together, inside and out. We loved our week in Woods Hole at 10 Carrot Hill Road.

‘Thanks’giving

We went here for Thanksgiving holiday/ weekend. Very, very nice house and accommodations. The kitchen well equipped to cook! Big kitchen table. Nice outside deck. (We didn’t use the lower patio but also very nice) The bedrooms/ bathrooms are so nice and all good sized. The location is fun and close to walk to town and the ferry. The communication with owner was fantastic. Very responsive with any questions. Thank you very much! We really enjoyed.

Sensational Stay

We highly recommend this home! With the instructions from the host we accessed the property with no problem and found a modern, clean, comfortable residence complete with a welcome basket! We were three couples from Colorado and Wisconsin who were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect place to stay. The beds were comfortable, everyone had a bathroom, and the open floorplan of the kitchen, dining, and living space made it simple to relax together. We could easily walk to Wood's Hole to make the most of the restaurants and shopping while avoiding all the parking hassles in this tiny community. We looked up an earlier listing for this home and were amazed at the creative renovation the owners accomplished, turning this older home into a fresh updated retreat. Beautiful! Would love to return when we had more time!

Beautiful completely renovated home

Everything in the house felt brand new. Great location near downtown Woods Hole (walking distance) and short drive to everything else. We had a great stay! Golf, Pickle, beaches, boating, restaurants. Woods Hole / Falmouth area is the best.

Devorah was great and easy to communicate, house was just what we expected, towels were left nicely in each room and a nice welcome! Town was cute, found a nice playground for my daughter. Would definitely rent again if we go back!

Great Stay on Cape Cod!

We loved the recently remodeled home! We had 3 young adults with us, so the four bedrooms and three bathrooms worked out perfectly. The property is on a very quiet street with cozy accommodations, including a kitchen that has everything you could possibly need, and comfy tempur-pedic mattresses throughout. It's a short drive to Falmouth and even a shorter drive (or a nice walk) to Woods Hole, both with lots of charm and beautiful homes. This is definitely a property that we would stay at again in the future.

We are a family of four who live in the Boston area. Our kids our 10 and 13 - a boy and a girl. We have vacationed in Cape Cod for over 15 years. About 10 years ago we started renting in Falmouth due to its proximity to Boston and warm water. We fell in love with Woods Hole and have been renting here for many years. Woods Hole has beautiful Stony Beach - which has a private beach feel, warm calm water, a beautiful town with restaurants and shops, is on the Shining Sea Bike Path, and much more!

We often do some work in the mornings and enjoy the beaches, town or bike path during the afternoons and evenings.

In 2019 we decided to buy our dream vacation home, which we gut renovated - brand new in 2020. We looked for quite a while and selected this home because of its proximity to beaches and the Shining Sea Bike Path, and it's sun filled rooms. As this will be our family vacation home, we spared few details and amenities. This is an unusually updated home for a Cape rental (we know - we've rented for many years!). It has a designer kitchen, vaulted open living room, is full air conditioned, beautiful large windows, high speed WiFi, 3 full bathrooms with heated floors, brand new landscaped patio, all modern appliances, new windows and siding, and spacious well decorated bedrooms.

Our home is in Woods Hole, which is a village in Falmouth, and very much a beach town. We have been vacationing here for 10 years and fell in love with it, so much so that we recently bought and renovated this home.

Woods Hole is a special town on Cape Cod. It's a beautiful village town with restaurants and shops. Our home is very close to Stony Beach and Nobska Beach. The walk/bike is along small picturesque roads and a beautiful marina. It's also right on the Shining Sea Bike path - a dedicated bike path through woods and along the ocean, that leads all the way to Falmouth Center - and is only 15 minutes. The bike path then heads north of Falmouth and goes for over 20 miles. Woods Hole has wonderful restaurants. Falmouth Center has also developed a wonderful restaurant and art scene.
