Another great trip!

This was our 5th year staying at this house and each year is better than the last! The house is well maintained and stocked with anything you may need. The pool is always the best part, along with being so close to downtown and the beach. Can’t wait to go back next year!

Wonderful experience

I cannot say enough good things about this property and our hosts. The house sits on a private lot. The pool is awesome and the house had comfortable furniture and the kitchen had everything we needed. Best Mom & Sisters trip!

Perfect Stay

This property was immaculately clean - nothing needed to be done or handled. Everything was easy to find and easy to use. The pool was lovely. The owner was easily reachable for any questions that arose. Really lovely place.

Beautiful Home Lovely Owners

This is our 5th year renting this property. It’s a great fit for our family as we have extended family nearby. Now we have formed so many wonderful memories in this home. Lynn and George have been wonderful to work with. We are so grateful to have such an awesome place to stay during our yearly visit to Falmouth!

Better every year

This was our 4th year renting from George and Lynn and somehow it gets better every time! The house is a perfect fit for our group with plenty to do in the area, bike trail nearby and the backyard is an absolute dream with the beautiful pool. Counting down until our stay next year!

Perfect house for a Cape Escape

This is our second time staying at this house — which is a statement in itself. Spacious, clean, convenient are the first words that come to mind. We were a large crowd - 7 adults. There was plenty of space to congregate — in the comfy living room, big dining room or poolside. And there is plenty of space to be separate - to work separately in an “office” or just read in peace. House was well stocked (we like to cook) , comfortable beds, sheets and convenient to have towels. Thank you for a great vacation!

You Won’t Be Disappointed!

This was our fourth year at this property. You won’t be disappointed. The owners are fastidious about maintaining the property. The yard is beautifully maintained as is the home.I wouldn’t think to stay anywhere else. Thank you, Mr. and Mrs. Vella. We have so many fond memories together as a family at this beautiful property! Our grandkids will remember it for a lifetime!

What A Wonderful Wedding Weekend

We rented this VRBO for our family to stay in for our son's wedding weekend. The house was spacious, immaculate, and had all the amenities. Comfortable beds, hotel quality towels, and loads of kitchenware for entertaining. The bedrooms were spacious. Tons of space to spread out and relax. We stayed in mid-September and were thrilled to find out the swimming pool was heated. We swam every day. Close to downtown and convenient to all the Cape has to offer.

Lovely house in a great location

The house was beautiful, clean, and well-stocked with essentials. While the house and gardens are excellent, the amenity that we loved most was the pool. One of my favorite vacation rentals yet. Thank you to the owners for sharing your lovely place. We hope to be back!

EXCELLENT!!!

This home is exceptional! It truly has it all. We stayed for 2 weeks and we didn't want to leave. This warm and inviting house is impeccably maintained both inside and out. The very private grounds, including the heated pool, are stunning! With close proximity to downtown, Woods Hole, the ferry, bike trails and beaches, there is plenty to do! The owners were wonderful and couldn't have been more gracious. Do not hesitate to rent this extraordinary home, you won't be disappointed!!

Beautiful home.

This home was absolutely immaculate and perfect. Close to everything in Falmouth and Woods Hole. We enjoyed going to The Knob almost every day. My husband caught blue fish and stripped bass there. The back yard and pool was a lot of fun. Enjoyed every minute there.

Everything was nice and clean.

Loved the property. The upstairs air conditioner was broken when we arrived but was repaired a few days later. Did not affect us too much.

This property is highly recommended. My family are also repeat renters for this property. In addition to all the great things mentioned in the reviews, the layout of the house is what we love - how the kitchen and living areas flow to the patio and pool area - it makes for a very relaxing stay. Also, the property owners are very responsive to any questions or issues that might arise during the stay.

Better every year

This was our 3rd summer staying at this house and we love it more every year! Its convenient location to downtown, beaches, the bike trail and the ferry to Martha's Vineyard all come second to the property itself. Year after year it has been clean and well maintained, and the beautifully landscaped backyard and pool is a dream come true for both the parents and the kids! Counting down until our stay again next year!

Huge, versatile house

The house had everything we could have needed as far as indoor and outdoor space, pool, towels, kitchen appliances, etc. It was very clean and nicely decorated. The yard, decks, and pool area were the best part of the whole thing. It was private and had a good combination over the course of a day of shade and sun. It was a quick drive to downtown Falmouth or Woods Hole. Though there is a technically beach within walking distance (15 min, so not walking distance for kids), it was a private beach. Also the roads have no sidewalks, so you really need to be prepared to drive to get to a public beach. On the Cape that means limited spots and paying a $20-30 fee. The house is still awesome, just plan accordingly.

Wonderful Cape vacation

Wonderful property. We had a wonderful time at this location. Convenient to everything, beach, downtown, WoodsHole. Beautifully landscaped backyard with a great pool that we all enjoyed. Home was fully stocked with everything that we needed. Would love to vacation at this property again.

Truly exceptional

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! The house was gorgeous and immaculate, the pool was beautiful, spotless, a huge hit with the kids, and they had everything we could possibly need. Plenty of fresh, fluffy towels, plenty of dishes for all of us (there were 7 of us total), and a complete kitchen with all the gadgets, pots, pans, trash bags, soap, etc so we could cook meals at the house. Even things like the laundry room were fully stocked! There was plenty to do - beaches down the street, 5 min to the ferry, mini golf, a cute little downtown - and for the days we didn’t want to go anywhere, the pool was the perfect activity. George and Lynn were amazing hosts and had great communication and directions. You could just feel how much thought and care was put into every little detail here. We absolutely loved our stay and it truly made our vacation magical, comfortable, and easy. If we weren’t moving away, we’d absolutely be trying to book again next year (and maybe still might!). Thank you George and Lynn for everything!

Home Away From Home

This property has become a place of memories for us. This is our 4th year renting this property. The home has ample space to spread out. It is clean and well maintained. We noticed and appreciate the updates including the addition of hardwood floors in the bedrooms. The pool area is beautifully landscaped. The pool itself has been a lifesaver for the kids who love to swim morning, noon and night. The location is great for us as it is just a bike ride to the Woods Hole and Quissett Harbor. The owners are lovely and very accommodating. We are thankful to have such a nice place to stay when we come to Falmouth.

Cape Cod Getaway

Enjoyed a wonderful week a this beautiful home. It was impeccably clean, functional , fully equipped, and very comfortable for the family. From the various rooms to the beautiful yard and pool, there was plenty of room for 6 adults to pursue work or play and relax. If you plan on visiting the Falmouth area, do yourself a favor and rent this property.
