Beachfront Oceanfront over 270 degrees of breathtaking panoramic ocean views in this classic 4 bedroom 1.5 bath Cape Cod beach cottage. Located on a waterfront peninsula you will enjoy the iconic Cape Cod summer, sunset views, walking from your deck to the sand, kayaking in Wild Harbor, BBQing with family and friends and enjoying all that New Silver Beach has to offer. A huge playground in the backyard, tennis courts, basketball, and association beach access. Bring your sandals and enjoy!

The house is part of the New Silver Beach association and guests will have access to the association beach directly in front of the house. The property also has a private beach behind the house that is perfect for young children. The association recreation area is also directly behind the house which has the playground, tennis courts and basketball courts. Guests can also enjoy fishing from the jetty that is to the right of the house.

The access is a public road to the house and there is off street parking in 2 driveways

Guests will be able to contact Ocean Beach Property Management anytime during their stay and our office is located about 1 Mile from the house.

New Silver Beach is a beautiful beachfront community on Cape Cod located in North Falmouth MA.

Walk or bike to the beach and the many amenities of the New Silver Beach association.
No Smoking. No Pets. No Parties.
Tenant agrees to not have more than the number of maximum number of guests without prior authorization from host.
Tenant agrees to pay additional fees for excess garbage removal $50 per contractor bag of trash beyond the what fills the garbage cans provided
Tenant agrees to pay additional fees for excess cleaning at a rate of $50 per hour for cleaning services. Excess cleaning may be required for large messes, stains to carpet, excess trash removal, or any cleaning required beyond what is normal and customary for the cleaning of the house.
Tenant agrees to pay for any damage caused to the house, or its contents including furniture, glassware, cookware, art, carpets, walls, linens, any other contents of the house.

Summer 2025

This rental property was a huge disappointment. The pictures advertised show a dated, yet cottage-style beach house. However, the pictures advertised were extremely misleading. The rooms were not decorated as shown in the pictures, and the entire house had chipped paint, broken furniture, and damaged (cheap) shades (tough to enjoy the view when the shade doesn't go up). The deck was not safe when we arrived (heads of nails sticking up), and many of the outlets were held together with electrical tape. Almost all appliances were operated off of cords plugged into extension cords. To operate the TV in the kids bunk room, the cord had to be run across the room to a wall outlet, causing concern that our children would trip or get hurt (not to mention our ongoing concern of an electrical fire with all of the cords and damaged outlets). The kitchen was filled with dirty dishes and utensils and there were pest traps throughout the house. There were even holes in some of the flooring and walls. The location of this house was the one saving grace, as it was literally steps from the beach. Other than location, the price of this rental does nowhere nearly reflect the quality of the property.

This property is one of a kind, it sits on a peninsula, with the beach directly in front of the house, and the harbor to the right . Panoramic views, footsteps from the sand. You cannot be closer to the ocean.
