Keys must be collected from our office in Broadbeach (address provided after booking confirmation).
💬 Early/late check-in available with extra charges — please contact host.

🕙 Check-out is by 10:00 AM.
To check out, simply return the keys to the designated point inside the apartment.
⚠️ Important: Without the swipe card, you can only access the Main Lobby (Level 1).
If you parked onsite via the Yellow Entrance, use hotel lifts (Dorset Hotel Gold Lift) to return to the carpark.
⛔ No late check-out – $50 per 15 mins after 10:00 AM.

• Lost keys will incur a $300 replacement fee per set.
• Please always carry your keys with you when leaving the apartment.
• If you're locked out:

o If the host is unavailable, you may contact a locksmith at your own expense.
