This 2 bdr, 2 bthrm self contained apartment is located in the heart of Broadbeach just 5mins walk to the beach, restaurants, shops and Kurrawa Surf club. We also have a pool and spat cool off after a busy day or an evening swim.

Perfect for any traveller including families. There are great parks for kids close by and the Star Casino and Convention Centre are a 10min walk. If looking for public transport there are local translink buses or the tram should you not have a vehicle. We also have underground FREE secure parking.

You really have it all in this location.

*** PLEASE NOTE rates are discounted due to the building being painted and new railings being placed on the balconies the building is undergoing maintenance and there will be scaffolding on the building at different areas.We have been told this will take place from 1st June through to 1st Nov depending on the weather.

Spacious and certainly appealing with two bedrooms and two bathrooms.Attention to detail with cleanliness is poor. Communication 1 week prior to arrival advising scaffolding was i. Place was grossly understated. Front and rear patios were usable and with workers on site zero privacy.Could be good otherwise

Good Location

The unit is older and not updated. It serves its purpose and is spacious with a good location. Walkable to the hub of restaurants and shops. The price is reasonable for what it offers.

This unit was very handy to the conference centre, clean, comfortable and good value. Easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants and public transport. Hassle free. Would stay again and recommend to others.

A great spot, but when major works are going on from 630am in the morning, a small note in the listing’s fine print doesn’t really seem fair? If looking at this place, just be sure to read the details carefully.

Spot on for price and location

We did get a bit of a shock as there was some huge scaffolding out front but once we got into the place it was great. Super clean and tidy, close to everything and we walked everywhere. Didn't use the rental car once to get around. 100% would stay here again.

Great location, perfect getaway

Just a couple of blocks from the Oasis shops & heaps of food, within easy reach of the light rail, we had everything we needed here.

Comfortable family apartment a street away from the beach

We enjoyed staying on Broadbeach. Our apartment was a street from the beach and it only took us 5 min to walk to the restaurants. The apartment had everything our family needed and we even discovered some extras that we used: big umbrellas, sunscreen, and beach towels (enough for all 4 of us).

Lovely and comfortable stay with a little touch of home

Thank you so much for the lovely stay. These hosts make sure you want for nothing. There is a little touch of home at every turn from toys and books for the kids to beach to alfoil and glad wrap in the kitchen. Just loved having the little things thought about. We would definitely stay here again and the garage even fit my car which normally struggles with the height. Thanks so much!

Very tired property, shower head so old it collapsed. Vanity taps not working. Next door to apartments a large construction so with the workers starting at 6.30am including Saturday do not expect asleep in!

Affordability in the perfect spot!

Convenient access to just about everything you need for a Gold Coast stay, long or short. Only a short stroll to the beach, supermarket, restaurants, casino and more. Great space and well equipped for the price!

Handy and roomy apartment in a great spot.

Was a very convenient location in central broadbeach and the unit was just what my family and I needed. Neat and tidy and the owners communicated how to do things and their expectations clearly

Fantastic unit, perfect location

So easy to book and communicate with owner, everything we needed to know was explained in detail and the place was exactly as advertised. We stayed for work but would love to come back and stay for a holiday
